A few words about my hair:
- Extremely oily roots with dry dull lengths
- Mild form of seborrheic dermatitis

It definitely helps that it doesn't contain the chemicals of other shampoos. Finally, I saw my hair shining and it even got rid of my dermatitis. In a more severe form, it may not work miracles. It didn't help with the oiliness, but all the women in my family have this type of hair and we have literally tried everything, so we just accepted it. So, I use it almost daily, a bottle easily lasts for more than a month on long hair, and I hope I never have a problem with this shampoo. It requires a little careful application to create a good lather, but it doesn't require an excessive amount. The best shampoo and I prefer it again and again!

  For everyday use and for naturally, uncolored hair with tendencies towards oiliness, it is a very good shampoo! However, for dry, coarse, or heavily dyed hair, I would not recommend it. It will not provide the hydration or softness that you need. However, if your roots are slightly oily and you want daily cleansing without disturbing your pH balance, then yes. Its scent is the classic herbal scent of Apivita, but as others have accurately pointed out, it is not one of those shampoos that produce a lot of foam. However, regardless of that, it cleans well. The only negatives are the quantity and the price, but in online offers, I believe it is worth it.

It was so perfect that I bought a second bottle and then a third. Somewhere along the line, I started noticing that my hair gets greasy on the same day, it constantly feels limp, and has lost its natural shape.   I have oily roots and dry ends. It cleans very well, resulting in no itching or faster hair greasiness, but at the same time it doesn't dry out the ends. It helps a lot with volume and frizz. It doesn't contain SLS, silicones, alcohols, or proteins! It's very difficult to find a shampoo without proteins, actually it's the only one I have found in Greece. That's also the reason why I tried it, even though I have always been disappointed by the shampoos, conditioners, and the infamous facial cleanser of this brand.

  Proteins are good for damaged hair that has been thinned out or burned, but they are so destructive for non-damaged hair, especially if it's dry or low porosity. I'm writing this because it took me 29 years to realize that my hair, apart from SLS, silicones, and alcohols, doesn't need any proteins in order to stop being dry and frizzy... And I was wondering why no shampoo or conditioner was working for my hair.

  The only worthy product I have tried from Apivita. I never understood why their other shampoos are so expensive... they contain SLS... and they leave my hair very dry and wild. If that's the case, I'll just use my shower gel, which is also free of silicones, parabens, and alcohols, and costs 2€ for 500ml. Back then, I didn't know about ingredients like I do now, unfortunately.

It requires an excessive amount to create sufficient foam (specifically 6-7 pumps of the dispenser for long hair!!!! And since I use two hands, I need almost 12 pumps of the dispenser per wash!!!!). It is gentle on the hair but doesn't leave it easily manageable, it definitely needs a mask afterwards. Do not try it with the orange mask from the same company, the combination of the two scents is awful!!!
