The water pressure is not enough and therefore it does not give the result that one can expect.   A specialized cleaning system for specific cases. Depending on the case, its use is subjective and will not suit everyone. It is definitely not an easy tool and requires preparation. Of course, it requires careful use, like all delicate electrical appliances. It has been very helpful to me and it is the only one that did not damage my gums, considering that interdental brushes always hurt me and cannot reach difficult areas. It will definitely get dirty due to the pressure of the water/liquid, so it requires attention. It has different levels of water/liquid pressure and different types of spraying. Personally, I don't mind the difficulty of use, but the final result of cleaning before/after brushing my teeth is the best I have tried. I have had it for almost 4 years and it still works perfectly fine.

  This beautiful tool was brought to me as a gift at some point, and despite its usefulness, I neglected it because I was lazy to go through the process: (fill the container, plug it in, etc.). Wrongly: However, recently, while experiencing pain due to a wisdom tooth extraction and spending a week in agony, I went to the dentist to explain everything to me, that is, how to clean the hole in the gum until it heals, etc. (the process he showed me involved using a syringe with a bent tip that would target that specific area and pressurize water to flush out food debris... (those who have had a wisdom tooth extraction understand what I mean).
  So, I had the inspiration to dig up this device that I had neglected, and now I can confidently say that anyone who doesn't have this machine simply cannot clean this area, which is amazing in terms of what it can hold, and this device helps you clean it. Anyone who uses it correctly will understand that it really does a serious job.
  Now, regarding some other comments I read below, I have the following to say:

  *Of course, it can be used for interdental cleaning and replace flossing since it has the ability to apply high water pressure in a concentrated beam. I should mention that besides the concentrated beam, the nozzle also has a valve adjustment for a wider range.
  *If you wash your teeth with this device with your lips open, it is logical for it to splash water on the mirror since it applies pressure. It's the same as washing your car with a pressure washer and sitting too close.
  *It consumes a lot of water if you have the intensity set to maximum... logical since the cleaning is based on water pressure and not air.
  The point is, it saved me because after the wisdom tooth extraction, a wound was created in my mouth that had to be cleaned until it healed, and nothing else reached it except for this machine. Now, the conclusions after that are different for everyone. For me, this device is absolutely necessary!

  In a few words:
  A device that complements oral hygiene, but in no way replaces flossing and proper brushing. Definitely an auxiliary device and not absolutely necessary.
  + Helps clean interdental spaces.
  - Lacks the necessary intensity.
  - Requires refilling with water until all teeth are finished.
  - I would like it to have a 50cm longer power cord.

  In more detail:
  I had used the older Waterjet model and in this new model, I find it to have much less power. Even at setting 5, the water intensity is low. Perhaps they did this because higher intensity easily caused bleeding gums. The setting for beam or rotation is done by a switch on the head, with the beam being the most effective in my case. It also has a water flow switch on the handle, obviously for a short time, as it does not stop the pump.

  In practice, personally, I have some teeth with large gaps and some so small that floss does not pass through, but water can pass through the base of the gums. In these cases, the device is useful, but it lacks the necessary intensity.

  The 600ml reservoir lasts for about 1 minute of use at intensity 5. However, you can have a glass and fill it until you finish the entire mouth, in a maximum of 3 minutes. Besides, a larger reservoir would not be convenient.

  If someone wants, they can add, for example, a small cap of mouthwash, but personally, I would recommend doing a regular rinse after brushing. If you add it inside, essentially you are throwing it away, dissolved in water. Adding baking soda would definitely have an effect, but you risk damaging the device's pump.

  For those who have braces or retainers, I imagine it can be necessary, even for daily use.
