It reached very high temperatures, above 80 and 90 degrees, in normal regular operation, not gaming... expensive at the price of 700 euros that it was purchased... even more expensive at the price of 800 euros that it increased... not really value for money purchase....

The hard drive and cooling system were not changed at the service, in the first 45 days from the purchase. It also had a problem with the touchpad. Wasted money and lost time at the service for many weeks. HP did not offer a refund or replacement for the faulty laptop... despite my repeated calls, they do not respect the customer's rights, and the same goes for a well-known electronics company... it needed service and eventually returned... and a touchpad replacement was needed. Without a fingerprint sensor.
