Description

The Avenue SV by MT is a jet helmet, which thanks to its open design at the lower part of the face, can be put on and taken off with ease. It is considered one of the lightest types of helmets, however, it leaves a large area of the face uncovered, which is why it is less safe compared to a full-face helmet. It is made of thermoplastic, a hard material, heavier compared to other materials. The helmet has European safety certification "ECE 22.05", which ensures that the helmet has been tested for drop, impact, and object penetration.

    Very good helmet, bought for 89.90€ but the price could be a little lower, it fits very well on the head without pressing the ears, it weighs 1350g, the visor covers the entire chin, it also has an internal tinted visor, it also covers a larger part of the neck compared to other jet helmets. The store where I bought it told me that it is a new model compared to the other MT avenue helmets that are sold for 70€.
    With the visor closed, it has aerodynamic noise compared to when it is raised, but on the scooter I also have a windscreen and maybe that plays a role, as for the weight, I can't give an opinion on all-day use since its use is home - work - home.
    Finally, I would like to say that the color is glossy gray (cement) and it doesn't show well in the pictures. I am attaching photos.
