Incredible lens. Incredibly sharp, with a versatile focal length and very compact size and weight. If you need to have only one prime lens for travel photography, this is the lens you are looking for. Its optical performance practically has no drawbacks. Some websites mention slight chromatic aberration and barrel distortion, but as someone who persistently looks for such issues in various lenses, I practically found it to be non-existent.
In tests I conducted on an Olympus M10 mark4, I found that the lens outperforms (although with minimal difference) even the excellent Nikon 35mm f1.8 tested on a Nikon D5600! (under good lighting conditions).
If you want to attach the lens hood, you will first need to remove a thin decorative ring that the lens has on its front section.

Very good lens for around 50mm on a full frame. Small, lightweight, fast focusing, nice bokeh. For this price, I would have liked it to be at least metallic and waterproof/WR. In other brands, the budget 50mm lenses are below 200 euros, so it should have something extra for the 439 euros it costs. In any case, this lens will satisfy even the most demanding as it is particularly sharp from f1.8, while with other lenses (e.g. Olympus 17-45mm f1.8), you have to go to f2.8 to increase sharpness.

    Nifty-Fifty!

Lightweight and sharp, it is a great choice for a normal lens on any m4/3 camera, especially PEN.
Compared to the Leica 25mm f/1.4, it lacks in bokeh and aperture but it is cheaper.
Overall, a very nice 50mm lens, without weaknesses, ideal for street photography with small/lightweight bodies

Guys, this lens is exactly what you need to have a lens and go on a trip or a walk without carrying a second lens! It's the classic 50mm on old cameras!
I would prefer if I could have two lenses, the 17mm 1.8f and the 45mm 1.8f, but I'm only with this one and I can say that it perfectly covers my everyday needs!
It also has a nice bokeh and doesn't cut too much from the frame, not to mention that I'm not a big fan of wide-angle photos. As a street photographer, I prefer the 20-25mm range.
