From the first day, it doesn't cut the hair or the beard. It gets stuck immediately with the first hair and stops. Also, the head has 3 levels, one for short haircut, one for medium, and one for longer. If it is in the position for a short haircut, it loses half the hair and speed, and if you have it in the position for long, yes it goes fast but it pulls the hair instead of cutting it.

It's not worth its money, it catches hairs and the turbo gets stuck, you have to keep the button pressed for it to work. I expected more from a brand with a name!!!

As the previous user mentioned, you get what you pay for. Having purchased the machine at an even better price, it is a fairly powerful product for value for money.

The major drawback is the lengthy charging time for less than an hour of use.

After almost 2 years of use, it doesn't work and cannot be repaired. I had bought another Babyliss machine and was satisfied, but this one is ultimately terrible.

Good value for money. Really complete set. Although I didn't expect it, the shaving head does the job. Quality-wise, it's not perfect (you get what you pay for) but it's okay. I've used it 5 times so far, all without any problems. The only negative thing is, according to the manual, it requires 16 hours of charging to work for 30 minutes (wireless). Bottomline: Recommended.
