These shoes were given to me as a gift, so I had no idea about their purchase. My primary goal was to wear them at the gym and they did a decent job (excluding the fact that they started hurting in various ways from the first day, no exaggeration). And then came the day when I needed to wear them for running... For no reason, do not trust these shoes for running, they are terrible in every aspect. Zero shock absorption, stability is not bad. But the worst thing for me was the fact that even though I was wearing good socks, my right foot got scraped (on the sole!) I didn't realize that I was scraping my foot, so I ended up with a large and painful wound that kept me out for days.
