If it gives you a code (like it did for me), simply do a search on the internet and you can see how to fix it yourself if it's something simple.

Because I read in the comments that many people use it just to turn off the engine light, I inform you that this does not fix the problem. It simply clears the error report in the car (check engine). The problem still exists, so it needs to be repaired no matter what, and it is good to keep the engine light on until you fix it because if you forget or ignore it, damage may occur.
