Two months ago we bought the ROWENTA RO 4B13 vacuum cleaner but we were disappointed! The problem is that we could not use it because the base was suctioning, sticking to the carpet and not moving forward or backward! Not even a strong man could use it! Let alone a woman! We called the company but they showed no interest and did not give us a solution! We went to an AUTHORIZED SERVICE but they did not give us a solution! They just told us that they had never seen such a problem with the vacuum cleaner before! Then we went to an UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE and they told us there that they knew the problem because they had seen another vacuum cleaner of this model with the same problem! There they gave us another base that had nothing to do with the specific brand, probably of their own construction, they adapted it to the vacuum cleaner and the problem was solved! Of course, we paid 20 euros. We were quite upset and inconvenienced and that's why I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone!
