I bought the capsules for reflux, which had reached a point where I was afraid to eat anything and I was almost living on toast and chamomile. I read the comments and decided to take them like most people do, meaning I empty the contents of the capsule onto a spoon and throw away the shell, which bothers some people, so I didn't want to risk it. Yes, I admit that the product made a difference for me at least...... I have been taking it for half a month now. I can't say that it has helped me much... For months now, I have had a terrible issue with acid reflux. I underwent a 2-month treatment with Nexium, but even my doctor told me that these medications should not be taken continuously, and she just prescribed me another box to take when I don't feel well at all. She told me to watch my diet and I decided to also try something herbal to help. I only read positive comments and thought that I would definitely be helped by mastic gum, but I was disappointed...
