  I used this cream after a pharmacist's recommendation for post-surgery wound healing. The first few days, when there were still stitches from the surgery, it was fine. Unfortunately, soon the area above and around the incision became red, swollen, and started to sting. As the doctor told me, it had already caused a burn... I probably had an allergic reaction... besides the sensitive area of the incision, the rest of the skin where the cream touched also got burned. I have changed the cream for two days now and fortunately, it's getting better. However, I have to admit that at least in the beginning, it was particularly cooling and soothing.
