The best purchase I have made! And I have a point of comparison because I bought one of the first ROBOROCKs that were released in 2019, which was also very good...
However, this one is better because it has a different system for mopping with rotating pads that scrub the floor, while the old one simply had a pad that dragged on the floor. It definitely won't remove, for example, a stain from a dried tomato in the kitchen, but it certainly removes simple stains. The placement of the pads and the water tank is very easy. The water tank is relatively small, but I think it's enough for 80-100 square meters.
It doesn't fall if it finds an empty space, I tested it on stairs and it worked perfectly. Of course, it doesn't bump into furniture at all and thoroughly cleans even the most difficult areas. I don't have an opinion on carpets and rugs because I don't have them in my house. It is quieter than the ROBOROCK, I have also uploaded a video (you can hear some crickets, don't mind them).
Its software is very easy to install and very user-friendly. Also, there I can see the old ROBOROCK and the XIAOMI AIR FRYER that I have... It maps very well, it divides the house into rooms on its own (see photo) and from there you can select which room or rooms it should clean, it goes like a good housewife, does it and returns to its base... You can also determine the order in which it cleans the rooms, as well as the intensity of vacuuming and mopping in each room separately!
I tried it in the village without Wi-Fi, it cleaned everything just fine, it just had some difficulty returning to its base, I had to pick it up and put it on myself, but I haven't had time to investigate it properly, maybe I did something wrong.
Cleaning it is very easy because all the parts are removable and you can clean it very well. However, it is more efficient if you use it frequently and it doesn't have to deal with accumulated dirt.
So far, I haven't found any flaws, I highly recommend it...
I am coming back with new comments regarding the performance of the vacuum cleaner after a period of use. After about two months of use (day by day for half an hour or so), it seems like its performance has dropped, and I have to use it on strong or turbo mode because it doesn't suck as much as it did in the beginning, despite emptying the bin every time. Therefore, it also makes more noise. I haven't taken it for service yet to see what they will tell me. I will take it and come back.
Given the drop in performance within two months of purchase, the rating is reduced to two stars.

I am very satisfied with the vacuuming as well as the mopping. I have two cats and I need daily cleaning in the house. It saves me time, collects the hair, dust, and litter particles.
This one also does a better mopping job than those that simply have a cloth, as it has rotating pads with pressure towards the floor. Of course, we only put lukewarm or cold water in the tank without any cleaning solution to avoid corroding its parts. You can simply add a little floor cleaner externally on the pads or spray a bit on the floor for some disinfection and a pleasant smell.
For everyday floor cleaning, it is excellent. Now I only use a regular broom once a week for corners, edges, and recesses in the balcony doors, etc.
I hope it withstands the test of time.

PERFECT doesn't hit the furniture cleans very well and speaks and the program is easy and the vacuum cleaner's connection and anything they say that it is bad don't buy and stuff like that it is not true. I recommend it!

First-time user of a robotic vacuum cleaner, and I had many doubts and questions. As soon as it did its first cleaning, all of them disappeared. I have had this specific vacuum for about 6 months.
Construction, very sturdy and overall hard and good quality plastics, it hasn't caused me any issues so far.
Cleaning, the first time is always fun, because it maps the house and goes wherever it wants. But after it learns your house, you better run and hide. I've noticed that the more it cleans, the faster it goes, because it knows exactly what's inside the house, no matter how strange that may be. Before I start it, I lift things up, like chairs, pillows, etc.
I want it to do a proper job. In a 100 sqm house, it initially took about 1.30 hours, now it can do the same in one hour, because it has learned it. It cleans effectively. It doesn't clean carpets as well, but I don't have many, if any, so it doesn't bother me. It reaches all the corners and every time it finishes, I wonder where it found so much dust in the bin... The mobile application is fully understandable and user-friendly. It has all the functions you would want. The battery lasts more than enough for the strong cleaning level, not on max because I didn't notice a difference and it consumes more battery and makes more noise. It has intensity and sucks up every piece of dirt on the floor. All the sensors work really well, and I am impressed. It reads everything perfectly and cleans each room, recognizing it exceptionally. At first, it does the perimeter and corners of the room and then goes zigzag and picks up everything nicely.
Mopping, I knew from the beginning that it wouldn't do anything crazy, its mopping pads are nice, but they are superficial. You can't pour any cleaning solution inside, I do the trick and pour it occasionally on the floor inside the house. It does the job for excessive dust.
Would I recommend it? Yes, I would say, if you have a big house, you're lazy to clean it when you have a day off during the week and you want to relax. I have completely replaced the conventional vacuum, it hasn't come out in over six months, since I got the robotic vacuum. I hope it continues to perform well in the future.
Negatives:
1. If you get it for "multiple mapping", think again. The application is so difficult to use on this issue, that I simply end up taking it to the area I want and pressing the button without the application (so it delays, as it does not have previous mapping)
2. the fact that it often gets tangled in its own charger is impressive.
3. Sometimes it doesn't stop at objects, pushes them and causes damage, e.g. a water container for pets

I have loved my robot vacuum. I should note that I was adamantly against getting a robot vacuum because I thought it wouldn't work, my husband got it for me on Black Friday from a well-known department store. It is the best purchase we have made. It cleans everything, goes up on carpets, and I have noticed that there is less dust in the house. I used to use the electric vacuum every other day in the winter and daily in the summer, now I use it once a week and the house is always clean without hair, crumbs, dust. It is worth the money. Additionally, you receive notifications for upgrades from time to time, you can control everything through your phone, you can choose to clean the whole house or select rooms or even a specific area. I haven't tried the mopping yet, but I have been told that it works.

I had an older model and this one is clearly better as it is one of the few that mops the floor for maintenance. Of course, manual mopping is also needed, but it cleans small stains and day to day messes perfectly.
Overall it deserves the good reviews it has.
However, it doesn't pick up all the debris from the floor. I see small particles that are easily sucked (not stuck), the vacuum passes, and it sucks up about 4/5 of them. Overall, though, because it is intended to be put on a program to clean day by day, the result is still to keep the house clean!
It doesn't clean corners well, so every now and then we have to clean them. But it covers the rest of the areas well! I don't think we'll need to use a broom other than for corners with the handheld vacuum.
The first time I used it, we had cleaned about 3 days before and the bin was full to the top (mostly with cat hair), while the house didn't look dirty to the eye! (2 days later I used it again and the bin was 1/3 full.) The brush was filled with long human hairs, which had tangled and stuck to the sides, but it didn't affect its operation. (It comes with a small cutter to cut and remove them easily.)
When it mops, it scrubs the floor, so it does it quite well. It removed pressed dust that had been stuck to the floor for a long time. It's similar to scrubbing with light pressure by hand and a microfiber cloth. The cloths stick to the discs with something like Velcro (but thinner, specific for these, and seems more durable than conventional ones.)
It is supposed to have carpet recognition, but in practice it DIDN'T see our carpets, so it tried to mop them. However, it's easy to define where the carpets are through the app. The issue is that it can't lift the mopping cloths to pass over a carpet, so if there is a carpet between two rooms that need mopping, it can't move from one to the other - you'll have to move it!
The good thing is that if you lift it while it's in a cleaning program, it will continue from where it left off as soon as you put it back down - it doesn't get confused! Even if you move it to another room, it will understand where it is, as long as it has been mapped.
I've only had it for a week, I hope it continues to work so well!
I got it after the mop2pro, so I have that as a comparison. The S10+ is clearly better at mopping, meaning now you can mop, compared to the mop2pro which just passed and wet a little. In movement, it is better because it has a camera and does not stop before hitting the furniture and generally finds its way easily. The mapping it does is good and the application as well. The negatives are that on a thick-pile carpet I have, it cannot move forward, while the mop2pro moved easily.
I bought it after the Mi Robot Vacuum Mop P.. which completely broke down in 2 years.

I was very satisfied! It cleans perfectly! Okay, it doesn't pass through narrow spaces, but it does a good job maintaining the house. It easily climbs on carpets and doesn't get tangled in their fringes. You definitely save time with satisfactory results!
Quite satisfied, obviously it cannot replace how a person would clean the house as it has limited space to pass through various points, within reasonable limits it does a very good job and saves a lot of time and effort since cleaning for most people I believe is a burden. At intervals, you will need to intervene to clean the areas that it cannot access but it is logical. If it is placed in a space that has no obstacles or at least does not restrict it so much from accessing various points, it will do more or less the same job as a person within reasonable limits. It collects hair, various debris, etc. from the floor, but do not expect miracles. Finally, the use of it through the app and the whole process of connection and operation is very easy.

One wheel was squeaking from the first week as if it was slightly misaligned and experiencing resistance. Second time within a year it went for repair, the previous time the plastic around the charging contact (regular Chinese) cracked and came off, and I was told that the technical inspection of your product has been completed and it has been identified that the "charging weakness of the device" that you mentioned in your request was caused by possible incorrect use. Therefore, the device is not covered by warranty, as if I was the one driving the robot, so any damage to the AI is our responsibility according to Xiaomi's official service.
Although I have a warranty and an extended warranty purchased, I was told that it is not covered and that I have to pay 61 euros, an offer that lasts for 5 days, after which the repair price would change. After they replaced the two-centimeter plastic for 61 euros offer. After two months, the mopping function stopped working, one mop gets stuck and then the machine stops working.
Now I will send it again and see what offer they will make me for the repair. It is not a coincidence that they lowered the price by 100 euros.
These experiences make me doubtful about the quality and service of the company. I hope to receive a more satisfactory response this time.
I have a Roborock S5 and decided to upgrade. In a few words, stay away from anything with a front camera. In the effort to avoid things, it doesn't reach where the previous one did and leaves many areas dirty. If a rug is slightly larger, it simply avoids it while the other one would climb it. The map management part is worse than Roborock's (even though it's in the same app). The settings provided by the app are fewer than I would like (if I could disable the AI part and therefore the front camera, or adjust the distance at which it stops before contact, perhaps the problems would be fewer). The battery lasts significantly less than Roborock's even though I use it on strong mode compared to Roborock's turbo. There are times when it rotates in the same spot for no reason and doesn't 'understand' the contact on the bumper to change position. Unfortunately, I was late to unbox and do several tests, so I will keep it (probably it doesn't support returns anymore) but I might change its firmware or have it clean without a map (it seems to do a little better that way, although I have blacklisted it on pihole in an attempt to cut off map upload and AI)
It actually collects incredible dust in the bin!! I just haven't been satisfied at all with how it cleans the carpets.. I expected a visible cleaning there as well... On my short-haired carpets, it doesn't collect large pieces of dust, crumbs, etc.. even on turbo.. I expected equally good work to be done there as well.. but it always needs electricity to show the carpets clearly...
Also, the app is very disappointing.. it's not so much that it doesn't have Greek language ok.. but it's not user-friendly when you want, for example, to select only a specific area to clean you have to put walls etc to limit areas and be careful not to obstruct its path until it reaches the point you want instead of simply having an option to go clean that area!!
So and so as a purchase.. I expected more! The vacuuming is very good! But again, there is no option not to vacuum.. if you have cloths on top it goes through the carpets and it seems like it's not cleaning.. so we removed them.. I don't know if it actually goes through and cleans, it's so smart unfortunately because the difference is not visible when it cleans carpets I couldn't understand..
In the summer without carpets we will definitely enjoy it more!
I highly recommend it. It serves me very well for the daily maintenance of the house. I have 3 cats and I am amazed every time I empty the vacuum cleaner bin after cleaning. It easily climbs on the large carpets in the living room. It cannot clean soft carpets or rugs with fringes. It cleans very well. The emptier the floor of objects, the better it cleans and reaches corners (not always). At low speed, its noise is very low. In turbo mode, it can be heard, but it doesn't bother me. However, it is nothing compared to the noise of an electric vacuum cleaner. I am very, very satisfied
Very satisfied with the product. The extra brush that protrudes from the machine helps clean even the corners. It is excellent. I no longer use the electric one at all, only in places where the robot cannot fit, such as behind doors and under the sofa. I dedicate 5 minutes a day to tidy up the floor so it can pass through everywhere without obstacles. I am out for coffee while it works and when I return home, it has made it shiny within an hour and 10 minutes for 100 sq.m. It climbs and cleans handmade carpets very well. I have not tried mopping yet. I hope it will last over time because I love it. The best household gift I have ever made to myself.
Unbelievable vacuum! Value for money! Cleans perfectly, removes a lot of dust, even if you use it every 2-3 days, your house looks visibly clean and you wonder where all of this comes from... The suction power is very good, especially if you use the strong setting. I also spray detergent on the cloths and now I don't need to sweep and mop again. I hesitated to buy it and I was wrong... It saves your hands... Buy it with closed eyes!
Well, I've had it for about a month. I'm thinking about how I lived before without it! It's super smart (!!!), it doesn't fall off stairs, it maps perfectly, and it cleans very well. The first time I emptied the bin, I was shocked! It had even collected cat hair. You just put it in, it cleans, and you simply drink your coffee! I will come back for feedback regarding its durability! As I have stated at home: "Rob" is mom's best friend!!!!!!!!
After 1 month in my possession, I have to say:
The first experience of setting it up and starting the scan/mapping of the house is a lot of fun.
In 10-15 minutes (depending on the square meters) it scans the entire house (with the doors open). In a normal house it finishes in 40 minutes. Because we don't wear shoes in the house, it is used twice a week. Once I left a mobile phone charging cable hanging, it sucked half of it (vacuum) and sent me a message on my phone that it was blocked (my fault). So don't leave cables lying around...
It's worth getting it for 200-300 euros. If you have sofas that are 8-10 inches off the ground, you don't need to do anything.
For mopping, I have to say it's okay. (I also use the traditional way for freshness)
- I would like to be able to delete a room of the house that it has scanned through the app... something I haven't found if it's possible.
Also, it's worth setting it to work when you're not at home because it bothers me a little and distracts me.

We have had it for a few months and it has truly saved us. We have a very large house and it honestly covers us completely!!!! It is worth it and more!!!
With 2 cats in the house, it solved my hands. I have set the vacuuming on turbo, so it makes a little more noise, but the result is perfect! The mopping is very good, it leaves some streaks on the shiny tiles, but even that is not a problem for me. I mop regularly once every 2 weeks and everything is great!
First time I buy a robot vacuum cleaner so I don't have previous experience.. but this specific vacuum cleaner has fully satisfied me.. very easy mapping of the house.. very easy to use from the beginning.. it cleans exceptionally well except for weird corners that it obviously can't reach.. on Medium intensity it may leave some dust but if you put it on the highest level it picks up everything.. mopping is also satisfactory.. I bought it for daily use but it definitely cleans much better than I expected..
As for reliability, after three months of use, I have sent it for repair twice.. the first time it stopped recognizing the dust bin and now it has stopped working again... quite sensitive in the end... two stars in the end due to multiple malfunctions...
