After two years of having it installed, the top model (supposedly) (€650 with installation), I have to say that I am not satisfied as it is problematic and I am tired of having issues! I am tired of calling and going to the dealership to "fix" it; one time it needs an upgrade, another time it needs adjustment, another time the unit needs replacement (the replacement was done but I still had a problem, it stalled the engine while driving!), one time the app doesn't work, one time this, one time that, I am not satisfied! The service is mediocre and also don't let it happen to you to have a problem "after hours," customer service operates Monday to Friday and I have had problems twice on Friday and Saturday. Fortunately, the rest were weekdays... Therefore, in one sentence: I am not satisfied for the money I spent and for its operational reliability.

The alarm has several functions and customization capabilities. HOWEVER

1 Its consumption when in full operation (DATA, GPS) is very high, around 40mAh, in an open space always with full signal. In one day, it consumes almost 1Ah from the battery. In other words, if you move the vehicle every 1-2 days, everything is fine, otherwise you will need to have a charger or you will run out of battery.
The only solution is to put it in low power mode where it disconnects from the network and GPS, and there needs to be some violation of the alarm for it to connect (it takes some time) and notify in the application, so you lose a part of its functionality.
2 The anti-jammer function is excellent, but practically it can send false notifications if the server goes down, and it is also useful only if you park in completely open spaces with full signal.
3 The GPS does not provide a signal in an enclosed space (not underground), even though there may be a signal from the mobile network.
4 The accident notification can send a false alarm in case of a strong vibration on the road. Automatically, it becomes unsuitable for motorcycles that also go off-road.
5 The tag is a very nice function because it activates/deactivates the alarm when you approach without doing anything, but many times, while it was on the motorcycle, it would get stuck and arm/disarm by itself. It also requires some attention if you are close enough because this process happens constantly. The solution is to arm it from the remote control or the application, which reduces the range of the tag.
6 The eco mode, in my case, even though it was set to activate after X days, it never activated twice. Likewise, it did not activate eco mode when the battery voltage dropped to 12.1V, which was supposed to happen automatically.
7 The application has several bugs. It freezes and requires refresh, after an update there was a pairing problem with the mobile's Bluetooth (a function required to manually put it in eco mode). Also, the route recording in certain parts of the journey shows inconsistent paths on the map, as it also measures the speed of movement incorrectly.

In conclusion, it could be the best alarm, but for me, it is not worth the excessive amount of money that the whole package with installation costs.
Perhaps for some people, it is okay, but under conditions that unfortunately are not often mentioned from the beginning.

    Placement on Yamaha x-max 300.

    In the positives:
    1. Very powerful siren.
    2. Easy app.
    3. Many security features (remote engine shutdown, sensor level adjustment, call or message on mobile in case of alarm or seat opening).
    4. Low battery consumption and power save mode capability.

    In the negatives:
    1. Personally, the id-tag has not been convenient for me at all. For example, I sit in a café near where I parked my scooter and I constantly hear it arming and disarming, draining the battery (no problem if you park it more than 10m away). The alarm also has a separate controller that I use to arm and disarm since the tag id did not work for me (you can also lock and unlock it through the app).
    2. The application often freezes and needs refreshing, it needs improvement.
    3. On 4/12/23, the following happened to me: I armed the alarm from the BT controller, went to watch a movie, and when I returned after about 3 hours, I tried to unlock the scooter from the controller but its battery had died. I went into the app to unlock it, and although I successfully unlocked it, when I tried to put it in gear, it wouldn't engage and the alarm made a sound, not allowing me to put it in gear. Luckily, I had an airtag with the same battery as the controller, so I changed the batteries, put it in gear using the controller, and it moved forward. Otherwise, I would have been stuck there. This was a big flaw for me.

Owner of hayabusa gen 2, I have the worst experiences as soon as I put it on the bike, suddenly on the month the bike starts to have cuts at 8,000 rpm on the second gear, resulting in me searching for injectors and other things to see what is wrong. In the end, after spending so much on mechanics, it turns out that the alarm is the problem. Okay, it was the alarm relay (engine cut-off).

2 - Battery drained due to the GPS. They say it has zero consumption when the bike is on the road and not in an underground garage where the GPS loses its signal, then it consumes. (I have it on the second floor and still the same).

3 - The siren burned out within two months, run again.

4 - Now the alarm goes off without reason, without any vibrations or loud noises, it sends notifications for anything that moves. It is the most expensive on the market and definitely very bad.

And when you mention these things to the company, it only happens for the first time

I have been using this alarm for 2 months now and I installed it on my 2023 Yamaha Tracer 7 as soon as it was released in Greece (both the alarm and the motorcycle).
First of all, I should mention that if you install it at an authorized store, you have a lifetime warranty from invetec (the official distributor of Pandora alarms). The cost is approximately €470 + €20 for the planet sim card + €120 for installation (I had it installed at the dealership where I bought the Tracer).
Now let's talk about the basics:
    PROS:
It is a really good and reliable alarm. You can adjust the sensitivity through the app and it can be activated even with a light touch on the fuel tank. The siren is loud and attracts attention from the whole neighborhood. Every time I accidentally activated it, I felt like a thief myself... It grabs everyone's attention. Personally, I rarely use the key tag to arm or disarm the alarm because it automatically activates when I move away from the motorcycle and deactivates when I approach it, just because I have the key tag with me.
Also, kudos to the app as it is stylish, well-designed, user-friendly, and provides a lot of information about the motorcycle and many functions (locking/unlocking, remote siren activation, stealth mode, eco mode, engine preheating, and many more that I don't even use or know). The GPS is quite satisfactory for Greek road data, the location is accurate, but sometimes the displayed roads are incorrect. For example, it accurately shows where you have parked on the map, but the street listed will sometimes be a neighboring street. It's a minor issue... We're talking about a maximum deviation of 100 meters. But if you follow the location on the map, you won't go wrong. Additionally, through the app, you can adjust 20 parameters for the alarm (data usage, sensor sensitivity, etc.). Finally, it provides detailed route instructions with details such as speed, distance, time, and of course, the route on the map. It bombards you with countless messages and calls (if you set it up, of course) for everything that happens (alarm activated, armed/disarmed).
    CONS:
The user manual is poor and does not include Greek. I really expected to read it and get tired and filled with information... In the end, it didn't answer enough basic questions and settings that I wanted to make, so I had to go to the dealership 2-3 times for help (e.g., reducing the distance at which the alarm is activated/deactivated with the key tag).
Sometimes it takes a while to provide a live location of the motorcycle. It may be due to poor data signal (I haven't tested it in an underground parking), but still, there have been times when it took over an hour to show me where I parked, resulting in me leaving and returning home before it showed my location.
This also happens sometimes with calls and messages for locking/unlocking; it takes a few minutes to receive the notification.
If you want to have constant updates and frequent information about your motorcycle, be prepared for high data consumption (approximately €3-4 per month, so around €35-50 per year, compared to the €20 per year that everyone told me the planet sim card has for data usage. Obviously, they don't use the app as much as I do). Needless to say, the less you use the app and search for the location or route details, the less data it consumes. In such a scenario, 20-25 euros per year doesn't sound unreasonable to me. But what's the point of having it if you don't use it?
    In conclusion...
VERY CAUTION with the contents of the package. Don't lose anything and read the instructions carefully, even in English. You bought something expensive and possibly the best on the market. However, it won't work on its own. Study it. Don't miss any accessories and don't throw away any stickers. Keep the box. Even in resale, every little thing counts.
    SUMMARY:
The alarm is very good and very satisfactory. You get what you pay for, clearly.
It's not for penny-pinchers or those unfamiliar with technology. You will spend money to get it and maintain it, but you will also need to read to learn everything it does. It's not perfect... It definitely has room for improvement. However, it's worth it to have peace of mind.
