I have had it for almost two months. Absolutely satisfied with the vacuuming that I have tried. I have no opinion on the mopping function (we mop after vacuuming with detergent for more cleanliness and freshness). I never thought we would be so satisfied with the vacuuming it does. 5/5 for what it offers.
I wonder how I didn't get it for so long. It's amazing!!!!! You download the app on your phone, set it up, and it's ready!!! You sit back and it does all the work!!! It doesn't leave anything on the floor—hairs, little bits of trash, etc. It collects everything.

Very good solution for the daily cleaning of the house. It cleans dust, hair, crumbs, etc. I didn't expect that so much dirt could be hidden in the house every day. Easy adjustment and setup from the app. It has 4 settings for the vacuum from quiet to turbo and generally it is quiet, not annoying. You can set it to clean the space whenever you want and as many times as you want during the day, and you can also set which areas (rooms, etc.) it will clean. I give it 4 stars because of the mopping, which I knew wouldn't do a great job, but I expected it to leave a little more water at least. This may be due to an issue with the liquid container, but anyway. Overall, it's worth it a thousand times and saves endless time from daily life, and the house always stays clean.
In no case does it replace the electric one, but for daily cleaning, especially when you're away, it's just fine
Since I bought it 1 month ago, and after using it every 2 to 3 days, I have come to the following conclusions. The vacuum is amazing, flexible, and relatively quiet. I haven't used it for mopping because I bought it only for vacuuming, which I find incredibly tedious. So for maintaining a clean home, it is the best value for money option.
For 2 days that I've had it, I can say that in its category there is nothing better. I already own the Viomi S9, a vacuum that cost over 400 euros, and I think this one might surpass it in vacuuming. The mopping is average even though it has a larger surface area than the Viomi I have. I haven't tried it on carpets, but I know that almost none do a serious job on carpets. You can add new maps, you can set it to clean specific areas, and you can also prevent it from going to areas you don't want. For 150€, it's definitely worth it. I only take away 1 star because it doesn't have the sensor to prevent it from falling down stairs, etc., and to stop. If it had that, it would be perfect 5 out of 5.
In general, it is very good but every now and then it needs a hand wipe for tough stains. I have a robot vacuum under my bed and even though it scans, sometimes it gets stuck like an idiot. Very rarely will it leave a small spot with dust accidentally. The map is quite good and you can easily adjust everything. It's worth every penny. Every night before I go to sleep, I let it clean the house so I can wake up in a clean environment. If you have small rugs like in the kitchen and bathroom, you need to lift them up because it will take them away. And be careful not to leave cables on the floor. For its price, it is incredible and it doesn't have any "major" problems. Clean the filter frequently, wash the cloth that wipes often, and when you add water, also add a little disinfectant (WITHOUT CHLORINE) to make the house smell beautiful.
They say that time is money. If that's true, then this robotic vacuum cleaner is a real investment!
Where do I start?
I've had it for a week and I use it almost every day for sweeping. Today, I tried it for mopping as well. I'm simply happy, I have no words.
I won't mention the technical specifications, those are detailed by others.
I'll describe my own case a bit.
► The floor is wooden.
► The total "usable" surface area without sofas, beds, etc. that it cleans is around 30 sq.m.
► I follow minimal decoration, so the space is open without many furniture pieces.
► Before sweeping, I lift any slippers and other things from the floor so it doesn't scatter them.
► Sweeping is extremely efficient at the "standard" level, it picks up everything and all the dust.
► Mopping is also excellent. I filled the container with water, wet the cloth, and applied a cap of floor cleaner. I set it to "water level high" and the floor shone and the house smelled clean. The water was enough and I didn't need to refill the container.
► Sweeping the entire surface takes 30 minutes and consumes one battery bar (out of the 5 bars).
► Mopping takes 27 minutes and also consumes one battery bar.
► Once it finishes, it returns to the charger for charging.
► I have set forbidden areas on the map through the app.
Negatives for me:
The app is user-friendly but very heavy on old mobile phones. And setting forbidden areas is a bit difficult. After several attempts, I managed to set them correctly. I didn't find a way to save the map backup, and if it's lost, it will be difficult to set everything again from scratch.
Also, I would like the dust collection container to be constructed differently because when you remove it, for example, to empty it or fill it with water for mopping, the dust easily escapes from inside. You need to be careful how you remove it and how you transport it.
I could write for a long time still. For me, the classic electric vacuum cleaner is the worst and the most annoying and tiring thing in household chores. Now I will only have it for corners and areas that the robot cannot sweep.
It's a technological wonder! Congratulations to the inventor! I never expected that I would sit and the house would be cleaned and mopped automatically! It saves you a lot of time and effort in your daily life, cleaning now becomes a game and fun!

Very good job, as a vacuum cleaner it's worth its money, the mopping is average I would say. Personally, I mop again as it doesn't remove stains from the floor, it's only for dust.
I thought that overall it would do wonders and I decided to try it just for that...
WE WENT CRAZY!
In a place with white tiles that on average have 50 people entering per day and with many dead spots where tables with wheels cannot pass, I use it once every noon and the tile shines!!! The bin fills up every day!!
I don't know about mopping, I haven't tried it, but it doesn't bother me at all! Of course, I will buy it for my house too!!
It is satisfactory if you need something to keep the space at normal levels. I wouldn't say that it can replace human cleanliness, but the map it creates is very good and it can easily be adjusted through the application to avoid problematic areas, as long as you monitor it the first time.
I just got my new Xiamoi S10. Very excited to use it. Especially my kids.
1. Assembly the product was easy. Very straightforward
2. Map the house. Very easy to map
3. Clean/vaccum the house was easy very good performance.
I have not yet tried moping. It is still new so I will come back after few months. I got it for 163.85 Euros. I believe it is totally worth it. very happy so far.
Second day with the vacuum cleaner and I can't connect it to the network... It asks for a 2.4 network while I have 5G...

It takes a 55sqm house for a walk in 1 hour.
Cleaning, amazingly good! I did not expect it! Even in the corners where I hadn't done a great job!
Mapping is quite good! Sometimes it gets stuck and takes a minute to load the map but once it loads everything is OK!
With carpets we had no issues! It went up and down just fine! It only had a small issue with small rugs which it took with it but it didn't bother me. You lift them up for a minute and it's all good!
I was not satisfied with the mopping, I think it's not its strong point! So I use it purely for cleaning only!
When I leave the house, I have removed anything from below that might obstruct it like a small rug, cables from chargers and other devices and everything is fine! I bought it for 280 euros when it was released. Now at this price it's a JET!

It's amazing! The best purchase of mine...Worth every penny and more! You just forget about sweeping...Only the corners need a quick pass with a small vacuum cleaner and that's it...I highly recommend it without reservation.
Guys, it's not meant to clean better than a regular vacuum/mop, its job is to keep the house systematically in good condition so that you need to do regular cleaning much less frequently and it's easier. Basically, once every 10 days, you move the furniture a bit and clean behind it, and you have a super clean house permanently. Now I'm talking about a house with 2 cats roaming around. It collects a pile of hair/dust every day. As for its technical characteristics, I have nothing to say, I haven't encountered the slightest problem. It connected to Android, updated, mapped perfectly, and started working. Now, if I have to change the dust container every time because it's not very big compared to other models, what can I say, it takes me 20 seconds.
Drawback: It will struggle in cluttered houses. This is probably a problem for all similar machines, but it needs to be mentioned. If the house is full of clutter, tables, stools, chairs, you won't be satisfied, it won't be able to do a proper job. If the house is relatively minimalistic in style, then it will be a lifesaver.
It is excellent for cleaning, I use it once a day or every other day and it does a very good job, even with my dog that sheds. My hands are free now, I can't keep up with it with the baby, and he doesn't like the sound of the vacuum cleaner, so it's a great help. The mopping is good, but I prefer to do it myself for better disinfection because of the baby.
Maybe the best purchase I have made (along with the company's pump), especially if you have small children and vacuuming has become a daily ordeal. This particular vacuum, with 2-3 scheduled cleanings per week, keeps the house in perfect condition. It is important not to leave exposed cables as it gets tangled and the operation needs to be stopped to untangle it. And something about carpets, it has difficulty climbing on the only carpet that I have, with tassels, so avoid putting it there. It climbs relatively easily on the rest. A tip to make sure it climbs on carpets is to place special adhesive stickers on the edges to keep them stuck to the floor and prevent them from moving easily. With the current price of 170-180 euros, it is the ultimate value for money.
The vacuum cleaner simply rocks. Since I got it, I haven't needed to use a broom again, as being single my house is relatively simple, I would say, and the vacuum goes everywhere. Also, a secret for mopping. You put water in the container as usual and you dampen the cloth underneath with a general cleaning liquid. It smells like cleanliness throughout the house and cleans so well that the tiles creak from the cleanliness when you walk.
Great vacuum for its money. It has a silent operation and does not bother even the dog. It says it does not pass over thin carpets and drags them, but mine cleaned them perfectly. If it finds an obstacle and gets stuck, it detaches in a minute. I regret not having bought it earlier.
It is used in a house of about 70 sqm.
From the first time it was put into operation, mapping was done very quickly and with relatively high accuracy.
- It maps every time it cleans, so if something changes in the house (furniture position, chair, etc.) it will read and store it in memory.
- Low noise level compared to regular vacuums but same effectiveness.
- The Xiaomi app is very easy to use and has many features/functions.
Mopping has not been tested, so I can't say anything about it.
As a vacuum, however, I would definitely recommend it.
Fantastic purchase at 170€, worth every penny as with automatic cleaning every one or two days the house is always spotless and I will never have to sweep again!
Okay, that's a lie, robotic vacuums don't have hands to move things and go to very narrow and deep places, such as behind a speaker you may have on the floor, or in a tight area between a wall & furniture.
No matter how many times you sweep, the house will always be cleaner with a robotic vacuum, and you will only occasionally need to use a classic broom for areas like the ones mentioned above. I have this one and a deerma vacuum cleaner for 30€ and I am a lord.
It goes under any furniture that is 10cm above the ground. The cleaning you need to do after it finishes lasts 45 seconds and must be done after each cleaning. If you like to have a lot of things thrown on the floor, don't get it, it's not for you. It easily goes over carpets with a height of 3-4 cm, but if you have rugs and various other small carpets that can be moved with a kick, it will get tangled.
It is a good choice for those who have not had a robotic vacuum in the past and want to try it out.
Before buying a vacuum cleaner, make sure that the vacuum cleaner has access to most (low) areas of the house. Also, small carpets (that easily shake) or cables often make the vacuum cleaner stick and it can be a bit annoying. Nevertheless, the vacuum cleaner does what it promises and for its price, it is excellent!
It does a very good job as it goes under furniture and fits almost everywhere. It doesn't catch corners so well, but that's a minor issue. Having two dogs, it collects hair without getting clogged. I haven't tried it for mopping and I won't since it only mops with water, so it doesn't make sense. It's worth it for someone who wants to have a consistently clean floor, especially if there is a pet that sheds. I now use a manual vacuum three times a week and the robot daily, so I save a lot of time and effort. It climbs on carpets, but if they have tassels it gets tangled. It can also pick up cables or anything else on the floor, so everything must be picked up before use. The bin is small but empties very easily and lasts for one use (cleaning the whole house). Through the app, there are options for the vacuum's intensity (strong, quiet, normal), setting restrictions for the space if you don't want it to go to a specific point, and the option to use it in individual rooms. It can also be programmed to start automatically on the days/times you choose. The charging base doesn't take up much space, but the cable is quite short so it needs to be close to an outlet. Overall, I am very satisfied as I used to vacuum twice a day. For someone who wants to always have a clean floor, it's worth the money.
Very bad purchase. Makes a lot of noise, gets stuck under the dining table between the chairs, gets stuck between furniture resulting in having to lift everything up every time you use it, for example, coffee table, baby's stroller, baby's relax jumper, chairs, all in general. It needs a house without obstacles and furniture, it gets stuck everywhere, every time it needs mapping from the beginning, it gets stuck and keeps going to the same place where it gets stuck again and again, trapped in bad carpets and rugs. I have two large rugs in the living room, it can't go from one rug to the other without getting stuck. What a waste of money we gave! I used it 5-6 times and I don't use it anymore because every time I have to move all the furniture and rugs to clean. If that's the case, I clean and mop by myself. Bad quality, expensive for what it offers, and very slow.
I bought it for 196€, my friends and relatives have much more expensive vacuums and they are not as satisfied as I am. Firstly, it has a good mapping of the space (90sqm). Secondly, I was amazed by the amount of dirt it picked up, the ideal vacuum especially if you have pets. Thirdly, it does a great job with daily vacuuming (on strong mode) and mopping every 3 days (on medium mode). I highly recommend it
It is not suitable for carpets at all. It cleans the floors relatively well, but it takes more than 2.5 hours for a 110 sqm house. So it needs to operate when you are away because it makes a lot of noise. It malfunctioned two or three times regarding the house map and I had to reprogram it because suddenly it "saw" all the rooms as one and kept moving without cleaning. To complete the cleaning in the house, it needs to recharge once in between. In conclusion, it is good for a house with few furniture, no cables on the floor, and no carpets, especially for people who are away from home while it cleans.
