I don't believe it's worth the money, and I will suggest an alternative in the end:
1) Okay, it is indeed thermal, so it doesn't allow the part of the leg that directly touches the fabric to get soaked in sweat.
2) Regarding the above: What happens behind the protection? Chaos! And the worst part is that it is soft and flexible protection but... it STINKS when it gets soaked in sweat. You can wash it and it will smell better (plus you have to clean the knee/shin area to get rid of the smell), but after the next ride, it will smell again, especially in the summer.
3) As expected, with gradual use, the elastic part of the fabric relaxes, causing it to slide down to the knee, resulting in the protection rotating slightly - it remains in place though.
Scenario, just so you know: I wear it alllll day, covering riding as well as work/study/entertainment, which is why I chose it in the first place, so I can wear normal non-motorcycle clothes while maintaining a certain level of protection. I have been wearing it daily for the past 1.5 years.
Now that summer is coming, I will get the other model, the thermal SIX2 again, without the protection, which costs around 25-30 euros, but I will try putting a level 2 shoulder protection from Revit that I have left from my old jacket inside and see how it goes...
