The IQ burner is ceramic with a smooth glass surface, which turns red when heated. It heats up very quickly and evenly thanks to the heating elements located beneath its surface. Additionally, it is easy to clean, as all you need to do is soap it with a damp sponge once it has cooled down. Then rinse it until all food residues are gone.
