    The standard weight of 50g that it contains is indeed exactly 50g. The scale weighs with a deviation after calibration of 0.01. What is certain is that it will need frequent calibration, but it is done very easily and I don't think it is a problem. Let's be a bit more certain. It is perfectly fine for its cost since it includes the clamp and the weight. I also have a second different one, so I can check one against the other. For light use, it is just what you need.
