I had bought it about 10 years ago and now I bought it again for the second time, one of the most valuable vitamins especially for athletes. I don't take the recommended dose (3 tablets) but usually 1 or 2, and with this dosage, it perfectly complements your diet. Note (because it has a high dose of biotin, you may notice your urine phosphorescent, especially with 3 tablets).
