The silicone does not stick to the ice, so the frozen bar comes out easily. The only issue is that the material is very rigid and cannot be filled with water to be placed in the freezer. The solution I found is to fill the compartments with water after placing the ice tray in the freezer.

It has a lid but it doesn't fit well. The ice cubes barely fit in most of the liter or larger bottles I have.
