I knew from the beginning what I was buying... A speaker with average sound and an "impressive" light show, and that's exactly what I got.
It has very good build quality, beautiful lighting effects, and moderate to good sound, depending on the genre of music and the volume.
It prefers electronic music much more than Rock, and this was an (unpleasant) surprise, considering the company!
Another negative aspect that I have noticed in all Sony speakers and now, unfortunately, JBL applies it as well, is the fact that as the volume increases, the bass decreases, obviously to avoid sound distortion.
Also, it does not have buttons for volume control or for changing/selecting the previous/next track. These functions are controlled through the connected device.
And one last thing, the latest update of JBL Connect is only compatible with Android 10 and above.
Overall, it is a beautiful speaker, visually impressive, good sound quality, with moderate difficulty in connecting.
