Description

Melatonin dietary supplement in sublingual spray form with a pleasant taste, for ease of intake and quick absorption. Melatonin is a hormone produced in the human body during the night and helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle.

Recommended Dosage

  • 1 spray under the tongue daily.

Instructions for Use

  • Shake the vial well before each use.
  • For the first application, press the pump 3-4 times.
  • Before going to bed, spray once under the tongue or inside the cheeks and wait for 30 seconds before swallowing.
  • Replace the cap on the vial after each use and store it in an upright position.
  • If reduced flow or blockage is observed in the spray nozzle, rinse it with warm water.
  • Not to be taken by individuals under 18 years of age, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.
