It was returned to the store where I bought it and the employee told me it's a shame because if it broke within 9 days it would be replaced immediately. Now it will be sent to Xiaomi and they will decide if it will be repaired or replaced. I fell into the trap with the previous Pro2, the company returned it to me in about a month. We are on the 10th day and no one has contacted me yet about what will happen. Even though the employee who received it told me not to expect anything immediately, after 3 weeks I may have news. (I know, I know, I tell him, although I hoped that the situation would have improved). I give it 3 stars for the previous one I had, the Pro2. Surely the large wheel makes it safer, but that's about it. Autonomy at around 100 kg is about 15 km, after that it goes into safe mode at 20 km to get another 5 - 6 km out.

The scooter was returned after 2 weeks.
