I got the machine and it broke down after 4 months. I go online and read in various forums that it generally has problems with its board. Due to the warranty, they gave me a new one and it broke down again after 6 months. When it breaks, it simply stops turning on and you can't do anything. As for the coffees, it makes them well, but after a while you get bored of all the flavors and the variety of Nespresso limits you since there are no capsules from other companies. Conclusion: I have never bought a device that fails every 5 months without reason or cause...
We bought it with the reservation that the coffee would not be like the take away ones and the taste would be closer to that of a simple Nespresso machine. Honestly, the taste is excellent, nothing like the simple coffee maker, we stopped buying coffee from outside. If you are a coffee lover and you get at least 1-2 coffees from outside per day, it will be a game changer and will pay off immediately!
Personally, I do not like coffees from this type of coffee makers!!!! My wife uses it and she likes it a lot. However, it is a beautiful coffee maker. As for the noise it makes during coffee preparation (some mentioned it as a negative), it does not bother us because all of them make noise. So what?
I have had it for about 1 month and I have loved it. The taste and quality of the coffee is a thousand times better than the coffee they offer you in stores. Also, if you are a coffee lover like me, you will quickly realize how much money you save on a daily basis. It is very good for both cold and hot coffee!
No one tells you before you buy it that you can only order capsules online and of course only the expensive ones from nespresso itself. It makes noise, it is poorly made, it makes terrible coffee. It dispenses more quantity and floods. It reads the barcodes wrong. Luckily they gave it to me as a gift, I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE and I'm telling the truth.
I use it to make larger cups of coffee than the original or freddo with the double espresso capsules, something that in the original you need 2 capsules to achieve.
I have had the machine for several months now and my overall experience is not positive. The biggest negative point I have to mention is that apart from nespresso, no other company currently produces vertuo capsules. I bought a special cover to reuse capsules with coffee from another company and half the time the machine does not work. If you don't like nespresso coffee, it's not worth getting a machine of this specific technology. If you do like it, then you will enjoy the foam it produces. Due to its technology, the noise it produces is louder compared to other machines. Overall, its construction is good, except for the interior space where the plastics seem less quality. Finally, its size is not practical enough for the kitchen as it takes up a lot of space. However, there were no issues connecting the machine to the nespresso app, regardless of the type of mobile phone I used.
Nice cream - foam, which you mix at the beginning to incorporate into the body and last longer. Many coffee options, for all tastes. The best of all is the different coffee sizes, depending on what your appetite desires at that moment. The double espresso capsule is worth it because in other machines you need two capsules for fredo espresso. Lungo (and especially Mug) is to have coffee company throughout the day!
In 3 months, it gave its soul and spirit. And to say that I used it a lot... I could barely make 10 coffees a week.
The coffee is good and makes a nice foam.
However, it makes too much noise and has a very small water tank, it only makes a maximum of two coffees.
Let's be realistic, a capsule machine is difficult to make the perfect coffee without it being a bit "burnt".... With this specific one, we are very satisfied, after all, on the one hand, we were used to frappe, on the other hand, it has a huge variety of capsules, so you can choose intensities and flavors that suit you.. It may only accept Nespresso capsules, but in the end, you can order them and have them delivered to your home without taking a step!
As for the positives for me, the recycling of capsules by the company, where they collect your used capsules.
I consider some additional accessories to be expensive and worth buying only on a discount, but the machine and the capsules are a very economical and easy choice that has solved our hands! With a newborn at home, it is not easy to make coffee in peace, nor do you want something that needs to be constantly cleaned and difficult!

After 5 months (very light usage), it broke, but the next day the new one had arrived (free of charge due to warranty and after contacting Nespresso).
Regardless of that, it makes great coffee with a rich crema. There is a wide variety of capsules and cup sizes (but only Nespresso for now).
As for the noise of the machine (which many users consider negative), personally it doesn't bother me.
As for the overall quality of the Vertuo machines and reading reviews about the several malfunctions they have (and using the classic Nespresso with regular capsules for 10 years now), I am very skeptical about their durability as machines.
