Dosage

    I have been taking it for almost a month with a dosage exactly as much as the spoon in the packaging can hold, twice a day. (1.75m - 78kg)
    Although I take protein and creatine daily for my workouts, I noticed additional difference with shilajit in terms of endurance and clarity, less stress, and I have also noticed an improvement in mood (let the wise understand..)
