Value for money! AMOLED screen at 120 Hz with brightness that would make phones of double the price category jealous. It doesn't have bloatware like Xiaomi, resulting in smooth navigation and app functionality. It supports WiFi Calling, something my previous Galaxy didn't have, and it has solved my issues with poor signal from COSMOTE inside my house. The battery is huge, it lasts and lasts... and when it runs out, it reaches 80% again in just 45 minutes with the 30W TurboPower. The fingerprint sensor works flawlessly, it is optical and hidden under the screen. I don't know what else to write about this phone. It can do anything you want! The only things it lacks are optical image stabilization for videos and 5G! It also hasn't received Android 13 yet (coming soon) and I don't see it getting Android 14. It's not something that bothers me too much, as all my apps run faster and more stable than ever, without ads and annoying popups.
Personally, I will miss the ANT+ connectivity that Galaxy phones have, but I must be one of the last people still using ANT+ peripherals.
As for the negatives, I would mention the fact that it has a plastic frame and back cover. I don't expect it to withstand the years that the Galaxy S7 did with all the falls it endured. But you never know! At least it comes with a silicone case and charger with a cable.

Upgrading to Android 13 solves the issues with open listening, the screen becomes brighter, and there are more appearance settings, making it more user-friendly on the launcher.

The positives of the Moto G72 are: lighter, has NFC, dual sim but no SD card, has good resolution and you can set it up as you want unlike Xiaomi. I don't have any signal problems or browsing issues, it doesn't have 5G (which doesn't bother me) but it has 4G plus.

What gave me a hard time is its menu, because it is different from SAMSUNG's and not as simple as theirs, I dare say. It requires some getting used to, but it's not something terrible. It just needs a little learning time. In the packaging box, apart from the charger, you will find a good quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing case. Instructions are in Greek in the manual. I should also mention the sound of the speakers, which is clear and powerful, and was tested during outdoor event listening. One more important thing, the phone opens quickly from switch off to switch on, in 1/3 of the time it took the SAMSUNG. This is a credit to the MOTOROLA processor
It is quite good for the money I paid. Good screen with flawless fingerprint scanner, satisfactory battery life, nice sound, FM radio that plays even without headphones (although with some interference) and other features that interested me, such as NFC and others. In its category, there is no complaint regarding speed and almost stock android with minimal Motorola touches. However, I would like it to delay the alarm by shaking the phone, like I had with the previous one. I got the version with 8GB RAM, which is sufficient. Unfortunately, the specific MediaTek processor limits the ability to capture videos at 1080p 60 frames. The photos will not impress, but they will not disappoint either. If someone does not want Xiaomi because of the terrible MIUI, and the specs of this phone meet their needs, it is a good choice for the money. A better case and a screen protector would be a good choice since it does not have any branded Gorilla Glass. I think it will serve me well for the next two years.
Update: 3 months later, I have noticed that both the mobile signal and the Wi-Fi reception (mainly) are relatively poor. I hope it is a software issue and not hardware, so it can be fixed in a future update. Additionally, the battery is not as impressive as I initially said. In a video I watched about disassembling the phone, the battery (NE50 model) was stated to have a rated capacity of 4700, which is more realistic according to my experience, compared to the nominal capacity of 5000mAh. Regardless, it does not last more than a day for me.
