    PERFECT!!!
    It heats up very quickly, it has 5 temperature levels (while most have only 3) and its continuous operation duration is 3 hours, unlike most others whose corresponding duration is 1.5 hours.
    It fits perfectly on the neck and warms it up nicely!
    P.S.
    I have the corresponding foot warmer from the same company and I have been using it for about 5 years and it is also PERFECT!!
