The camera features a built-in PIR motion detector on its front, effectively detecting human movement while reducing false alerts caused by non-human movements. Naturally, the CB11-TZ also has the essential microSD Memory Card slot for local video recording, in a special slot located externally on the camera (on the back side), for easy access without requiring disassembly of the camera.
Connection to 2.4GHz WiFi wireless network
Supports connection with 2.4GHz WiFi wireless network (does not support 5GHz WiFi wireless networks) and is an ideal choice for installations where there is a WiFi wireless network but no power supply.
Solar Panel
The solar panel included in the package comes with its own mounting bracket, is secured near the camera location, in a spot with the maximum possible access to the sun for the longest duration of the day, and is connected via a USB plug to the corresponding port located on the underside of the camera. I have had the camera for a few months and I would not recommend it, it does have very good resolution and quality but to pay 80€ for the camera and then to have to pay a monthly subscription to the app to see what it recorded is too much. When I bought it, it did not mention anything like that anywhere, as soon as you download the app it tells you that you need a subscription to see the recorded videos and it is not cheap at all. Also, one day I found my car hit under my house and even though I had a subscription, the camera had not recorded anything. It is not to be trusted
I come back to change my rating, now that I have worked with it for about a week. For those who are knowledgeable and want something more or who know about cameras, I would say it doesn't cut it. I identified some problems that it has that do not satisfy me. First, the support it has is unacceptable, plastic that does not tighten well, resulting in it falling. The batteries are in the camera, which means it has more weight for the support they have. A bird sitting on it brought it down to look at the floor. Secondly, the cable from the solar panel that charges the camera is external from below, while it could come out from the back through the base, hidden. It can easily disconnect and stop charging, so if you're away, you're screwed. Third, the recording it does on the memory card is not in a known format, e.g. .avi, so if you remove the card to view it on the computer, you can't because it is not supported. Fourth, when you want to view the videos it recorded from your phone, you see them intermittently frame by frame as if the internet is slow, which I understood why it does it and I didn't like it at all. All the videos you want to see, either from the cloud or from the memory card, first pass through the internet and then come to your phone regardless of whether you are connected to the same router. This poses a problem for those who have the camera connected to a hot spot, as the data disappears. Fifth, in motion detection, there is no sensitivity that you can adjust, e.g. high - medium - low, but only human detection, which if you uncheck it hits anything that passes by. If you leave it on human, it only hits if something that resembles a human body passes by. At night, however, it does not recognize the body shape well, so it only hits if it passes 2-3 times in front of the camera and only by walking normally, because if it runs or is bent, it does not recognize it. These are the issues I have discovered so far, and if I discover more, I will come back. If I knew all this, I definitely wouldn't have bought it. 19-3-2024 5 months later, the camera started acting up. Starting with the positives, the battery lasts very well as it says, 3-4-5 days easily, day and night image quality is flawless, the speaker did not satisfy me, I would say, the notification takes too long to arrive, up to 20 minutes (of course, this may also be a mobile provider issue), but 5 months later it started not working well. It stops on its own many times for 1-2 days, while it has sun and a charged battery, it comes back on its own again, sometimes it needs a restart, overall it is not to be trusted.
I will start with the positives. Very good resolution, many features and very easy installation. The only negative is that if you want it to record all day and not just when motion is detected, the battery drains relatively quickly. About 40% drop daily. Now charging with the panel is done quickly, I haven't tried it in cloudy and rainy weather yet to see how it will go. Overall, it is a good outdoor camera.
Update after a year
There are days when despite huge movement, it doesn't catch anything at all. Cars pass by, people come in and out, and it doesn't catch anything. I do not recommend it
I have had the camera for a week and a half, so I don't have an opinion on its long-term quality. The image quality is very good with excellent night vision (at least for close objects) and it has really low power consumption. I have no complaints about this aspect. However: The stand is a joke. It's cheap plastic that screws onto the camera, but it doesn't screw in completely (at least for me), making it unreliable. I think it needs a better support system, especially if it's exposed to rain and wind. My second complaint is about the application, Eye4. It's poorly programmed (obviously) and sometimes doesn't work properly (read the reviews of the Eye4 app on the Play Store). I can't understand the Chinese. They make a perfect camera and put a low-quality stand and a terrible application. If they fixed these two issues, I would give it 5 stars without hesitation. Overall, I recommend it, but make sure it is properly supported. I don't know if I got a faulty model or if they are all like this. Once the issue with the stand is resolved, it is a good functional camera.
UPDATE (01/15/2023)
After almost a month of use, I have to say that I am impressed with how low the battery consumption is. It has never dropped below 90%, even with 2-3 consecutive cloudy days. It even charges with full cloud cover. I hope the battery lasts a long time since it cannot be replaced.
After the first rain it endured, the Eye4 app showed that it was inactive and I was afraid it was broken. Eventually, I switched to the O-KAM app and it works perfectly. Overall, I have to say that O-KAM (despite having a lower rating on the Play Store) works flawlessly for me. If you provided an email address to Eye4, you can use it to log in to O-KAM without having to set it up from scratch. I recommend trying both apps, as one may work better on certain mobile devices while the other works better on others.
UPDATE (03/02/2023)
The camera is still working perfectly. I now exclusively use the O-KAM app, which I consider to be much better. The camera endured a lot of rain during the bad weather in February (4-5 consecutive days of rain) without any damage or interruption in transmission. It still charges even with full cloud cover, but much slower. However, it never drops below 82%, even with 5-6 consecutive cloudy days. I can also say that the motion sensor works perfectly. Whenever someone passes in front of the recording field, the camera starts recording for 10 seconds and the video is saved in the cloud.

The camera continues to work perfectly without any new developments. I will update less frequently from now on, as the comment is getting long.
