I have been using it for about 3-4 years and it hasn't had any problems. The laptop doesn't slip, its fan is almost silent, and the construction, although lightweight, has endured difficult days without any issues.
However, a big drawback is that it is small for a 15.6-inch, so when there is a lot of heat in the room, it doesn't manage to cool properly.

Very good choice, almost silent, nice design. It does what it says at a very good price....Not recommended for high demands.

I use it with a 12" laptop.
It is not a sturdy construction, the fan makes a noise as if it is hitting something and it does not hold the laptop securely. It even broke with a little pressure from the side.
A cheap solution, just enough to get the job done. I would not buy it again.
