Bosch ceramic cooktops feature modern design and multiple functions to make cooking feel like a game. The four cooking zones are controlled by separate touch switches, allowing precise temperature adjustment for each zone. Additionally, the cooktops come with a range of functions such as PowerBoost for increased cooking power, a timer with a shutdown function, touch controls for greater ergonomics, easy cleaning function, and child safety lock.
The PowerBoost function that the cooktops have offers acceleration of boiling every time the amount of content in the pot increases. This way, you save time and money, as the waiting time is shorter and the electricity consumption is lower.
The timer with automatic shut-off function allows you not to waste your time over the cooktops until the cooking process is completed. Thus, with this function, the cooktops turn off with an end-of-cooking audible signal as soon as the preset cooking time is over.
The touch controls offer a sleek appearance to your kitchen and intuitive operation. The ventilation system with DirectSelect that the cooktops feature maximizes the cooking experience, while on the large touch screen you can select the desired cooking zones, power level, and functions, such as Power Boost, with a single touch. The screen disappears when you turn off the cooktop.
The ReStart function that the cooktops have prevents them from turning off in case they are accidentally switched off. This way, all settings are restored if the cooktop is turned on within 4 seconds.
If something goes wrong during cooking, the ShortClean function allows you to clean up the spilled liquid without the risk of changing the settings, as this function locks all buttons for 30 seconds.
The secret to the success of every recipe is the correct processing temperatures of the ingredients. That is why ceramic cooktops have 17 power levels - with 9 main and 8 intermediate levels, so you can adjust the heat with absolute precision.
It features 4 High Speed cooking zones, including 1 double cooking zone that efficiently heats different sizes of cookware, allowing you to cook without limitations and exactly as it suits you.
Additionally, they feature a locking function that prevents the use of the cooktops unintentionally, especially by children. The locking function can only be deactivated by an adult, ensuring absolute safety for the whole family.
Ceramic cooktops are elegant, efficient, and more economical compared to induction cooktops. The electric heating elements are located beneath the black glass surface, as well as the touch buttons. Ceramic cooktops are installed flush with the countertop and are relatively easy to install.
In their operation, they require some caution because the "burners" remain hot for quite some time after you finish cooking, posing a risk of burns.

The timer it has is very convenient, it beeps to let you know that the time has finished and it also turns the stovetop off! (This feature has saved our food may times from burning, as I usually put the food to cook, and then start to do other things within the house )
Now, the cleaning is a challenge, as with all ceramic stovetops, this one is fully black, with no white dots around, so anything that falls on the stove needs to be cleaned very thoroughly right after cooking otherwise the stains do not come off, and they make the stovetop look
really bad. Overall though it is worth the extra euros, as it has good quality, it is fast and beautiful with no metallic frame around it
It's worth the few extra dollars compared to cheap stoves. It has the right locks so that if there are children, it won't accidentally open.
