Although I had no experience with orthopedic aids and it is the first time I am wearing an ankle brace, what I have to say is that it is suitable for the problem I have in my foot. There is no possibility of twisting your foot no matter how you step. Also, the ease of placement is a plus for the product. The lining is of very good quality and it also has 3 pads to place in areas where the Velcro straps tighten in case it hits you in any spot. It is definitely worth the money for its intended use.
