Personally, I have found it. The 100g have 103 calories, 11g protein, 13g dietary fiber, and almost no carbohydrates. Okay, I won't describe it anymore. Find me another food with such a combination of ingredients/calories. They are very filling. They are a bit salty (logical) but with a little seasoning, they become great within 20 minutes. They can be eaten directly as they are, or of course, you can cook them. I find the price very reasonable. Just be careful for those who have peanut allergies. I will definitely buy it again!
