    Within a month, after just 2 washes, the zipper broke and the company, despite my contact, did not cover me, resulting in me being charged for a full zipper replacement. Additionally, the inner material emptied in certain areas, causing the shoulders to be completely empty and other areas to be disproportionately filled, again after just 2 washes and one month of use. The inner fur is warm, very beautiful. However, the choice of cheap zipper material could easily be fixed with a minimal plastic lining. Very disappointing
