The cream is excellent. It provides immediate relief. Today I bought 2 more. It doesn't have a pleasant smell but the important thing is that it does what it promises in 10 minutes from application.

I work seasonally... I use it every day before I go to work. It's wonderful since I bought it, my feet don't get tired at the end of the shift from standing all day.

I didn't like it, it feels like Vicks, like it's burning you, and it also didn't offer me any hydration, so I didn't use it for many days. So, I don't have an opinion on whether it helps with varicose veins as a supplementary treatment.

It hasn't been long since I received it, so I can't say for sure. But I think yes, I would buy it again.
