Beste Freunde PLUS 1 is the updated edition of the beloved Beste Freunde 1. It guides students to level A1 and prepares them for all exams at this level. The Student's Book includes 18 very short chapters, divided into 6 units. At the beginning of the book, there is a brief section for the first hours of lessons, where students get acquainted with German pronunciation and learn vocabulary that is internationally understood. The optional pages at the end of each thematic unit offer review exercises, a concise presentation of grammar and expressive means, as well as the two-page "Zwischenstation". This contains exercises that accompany the short films, current information about German-speaking countries, projects, and puzzles.
