Gotham Knights is a new third-person action RPG set in an open world that includes the Batman family. Players take on the roles of Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin, a new generation of trained DC Super Heroes who must protect Gotham City after Batman's death.

An extensive criminal underworld has invaded the streets of Gotham, and it is up to these new heroes to protect the city, bring hope to its citizens, discipline to its police officers, and fear to its criminals. Players must save Gotham from destruction and revolutionize it with their own version of the Dark Knight.
