The "all-in-one" solution combines multiple First Aid applications, including the pressure dressing, primary dressing, secondary dressing, etc. The Israeli Bandage 4" battle dressing features an integrated highly absorbent pad measuring 10 x 18 cm, suitable for large wounds, adapted onto a 10cm x 4.5m elastic bandage (length when stretched). It includes the integrated pressure application handle, which can apply over 30 kilograms of pressure directly onto the wound.
