Huge disappointment from einhell. As soon as it touched a thin carpet, it turned off! Zero power. Fortunately, the company has helpful service that replaced it for me. Unfortunately, the second vacuum had exactly the same tragic performance, so it ended up being a refund. I wonder about the reviews, really. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have had it for two months and I bought it because the vacuum cleaner of the same company (Einhell TE-VC 18) was not powerful enough and did not meet my needs.
Unfortunately, this one also did not meet my needs due to its weakness. If you want a powerful vacuum cleaner, I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
Another negative aspect is the poor ergonomics of the on-off switch of the vacuum cleaner.
It is located at the point where you hold the vacuum cleaner and it is easily pressed, resulting in unintentional deactivation or activation.
With a 4ah battery, it lasts for 20 minutes on high intensity.
A positive aspect is that it is lightweight and convenient due to its cordless design.
I am in search of another vacuum cleaner. Einhell has disappointed me.

I already had some tools from the company so I decided to get the handheld vacuum since batteries were available. It works great for tiles. Obviously, it doesn't work well on carpets.
It doesn't stand upright, so you have to leave it down every time. Of course, it has a base to put it on the wall.
I am completely satisfied and with the 4mah battery, you can easily clean a whole apartment for fun.
Time will tell if it's worth it, but all the tools from this company have proven to be excellent.

Excellent for its price. With a 2.5 battery, it easily cleans 100 sqm with one charge. With the turbo mode, it sucks up everything, even from carpets. If it had a slightly larger foot, it would be perfect. When you vacuum, it always turns on a light and you can see everything on the floor. I got rid of the traditional electric one.

It is perfect for everyday quick cleaning, it makes a little noise and the battery is sufficient for a 120sqm space with the use of turbo when needed.
