Okay words are unnecessary I wanted to avoid the specialita so I wouldn't get involved with electronics I don't care that it doesn't have a timer since I grind each dose completely silently and the quality has changed completely since the grinder I had was amateur.
I have had the grinder for a week now and I am trying my best to learn how to use it. From the first coffee, I noticed a huge difference compared to before when I used to buy 250g from coffee shops and it would stay in the box for 10-12 days, resulting in losing all its flavor and aroma.
I will start with the negatives that are immediately apparent:
• The instructions do not have Greek language. They only have Italian (obviously since it is manufactured in Italy), English, German, French, and Spanish. I had to watch 15-20 videos before purchasing it to see what to expect, and just as many to understand how to adjust it - which brings me to the second negative:
• The adjustment wheel is confusing. It has simple numbers from 0 to 9 and it spins. If you don't know what you're doing, you might accidentally break it or at best, you will need to throw away several coffees that won't be drinkable at the beginning. It requires a lot of effort, much more than I expected. These specific videos helped me dial it in (a 15-minute process and 1-2 coffees in the trash until you get it right):

• Additionally, the instructions state that the grinder should operate at -5°C - +30°C. This automatically excludes Greece as a country of use since we have temperatures above 30°C throughout the summer, usually 35°C.
Overall, the instructions are the only weak part as it seems that not much effort was put into creating them. The installation steps are two pages behind the words that describe the steps, so you are constantly flipping back and forth for about ten minutes to make sure everything is correct and you haven't forgotten anything.
Other than that, we are talking about a sturdy construction, high quality, with almost no plastic except for the pump cap on the top, which, although plastic, seems to be of good quality and just requires a little attention so it doesn't fall from a great height.
I will regularly come back to update my evaluation as we are talking about a professional machine that has a lot to offer, especially for this price.
Really, without a serious espresso grinder, you can't drink. It's definitely worth it.
Very good, you can imagine we have a baby and the noise doesn't wake him up, nor can it be heard in the rooms. It doesn't take up much space, it loses very few grams that it produces according to the time you set it, no leakage.. very good purchase, I recommend it!!
