  I just finished it. Since I happened to watch several videos of Xenakis on YouTube first, I found many references in his book that were already familiar to me because I had heard them from him on his channel, so I wasn't as impressed reading those parts. However, I will still judge it as a book that you pick up and have no idea what you will find inside... it is an excellent self-improvement book!!! It's one of my first self-improvement books and I don't regret it. If you are just starting out, definitely get it or give it as a gift to someone to help them in their mindset and daily life. It deals with concepts such as action, taking personal responsibility, forgiveness, love for ourselves and the inner child we hide. It is a particularly motivating book to take action and not procrastinate any longer. Also, the chapter that analyzes addiction to social media and mobile devices, tablets, etc., is very important. Finally, I would like to say that the end of the book is simply THERAPEUTIC. You can't help but cry while reading the end, you can't help but identify with it and go through the process of thinking something similar for yourself, to cry and finally find redemption... perhaps the most important point of the book is found at the end...!!!! These last pages are meant to be read frequently as practice and reminder for ourselves...! I highly recommend it
