The crepe pan from Tefal is designed in such a way as to allow the even distribution of heat to properly cook the crepe batter. It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. We recommend choosing this crepe pan if you want to cook 2-3 servings of food. It would be preferable to use the pan on medium burners for better heat control during cooking. To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise letting the pan cool before cleaning it and avoiding the use of a scouring pad. Opt for a soft, synthetic sponge instead.
