Did you find this review helpful?We wanted a soundbar for a long time to improve the sound of our TV (Samsung Q70A 55") in the living room. I initially bought the LG S40Q, which was decent but didn't meet our needs (detailed review there), so I returned it and looked for a Samsung for optimal compatibility, without exceeding the price too much.
I ended up with the Q600B or the Q600C, which are the same model but from the next year, with minor differences, so I chose the B because of the price.
The reasons that led me here were: more sound channels/natural speakers/power-watt and features, specifically Atmos, eArc, and Q Symphony. I bought it for around €240, which was €100 more than the previous one, but I am satisfied.
I have tried connecting it with HDMI eArc and Bluetooth.
With HDMI, the sound compared to the TV's channels is of higher quality, without much difference in volume. The sound control works seamlessly with the TV remote, and the soundbar automatically turns on and off with the TV.
For the Q series of Samsung (as mentioned by those who have it), there is the Q Symphony feature that synchronizes the sound between the TV's speakers and the soundbar. I have activated it, and while it doesn't give the boost in volume I expected, it does provide a slight improvement as it utilizes the TV's speakers for more surround sound sources.
The difference is noticeable in music, where the bass actively participates with very good results. In Netflix/Disney+ where Atmos is used and all the speakers are utilized (the 3 front ones and the 2 top ones, usually the top ones don't produce sound on the regular TV), the sound is amazing, and there is indeed a sense of filling the room! I played the legendary "Portals" scene from Avengers Endgame, and it was the first test where I didn't dare to increase the volume above 50-60, the house was shaking!
When playing media through USB, the sound is mediocre, especially in dialogues, compared to the TV, or even lower. However, when playing a 5.1 movie through USB, there was a noticeable improvement, so the source of the sound also has a significant impact.
With Bluetooth, the sound is even louder (the same happened with the LG), but Atmos doesn't work, and the soundbar doesn't turn on and off automatically with the TV, so I have kept the HDMI connection.
Overall, we are quite satisfied with the improvement compared to the previous choice, and I don't regret paying the extra amount. For its price, I consider it an excellent choice as it enhances the overall audio experience of the TV, and it excels in media where all its features are utilized

Did you find this review helpful?It is the first soundbar I bought. I think I have been missing out on quality of life all these years. The sound through the soundbar is incredible. The TV speakers are like tin cans. I have a Samsung 4K TV and as soon as I plugged in the Samsung HW-Q600B soundbar, it did everything on its own. The subwoofer connected directly to the soundbar (via Bluetooth) and the soundbar connected to the TV (even though it comes with an HDMI cable, I bought a better HDMI 8K cable with 2.1). DOLBY ATMOS MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. Do not buy a soundbar if it doesn't have DOLBY ATMOS. It will blow your mind. As soon as it is connected to the Samsung TV, you can adjust everything on the soundbar as you like (treble, bass, subwoofer) through the TV menu (the soundbar remote control is completely useless since you control everything from the TV remote control (attention... connect to HDMI eARC). In a low-ceiling house, the ATMOS experience is stunning. For 240 euros, I believe it is the best you can find today. Now, for more details, a sound engineer would solve more of your questions. Anyway, I highly recommend the system.

Its use is exclusively for gaming and occasional movies. The positives: excellent construction with durable plastics and metal parts, sleek design, powerful subwoofer, great room coverage, and ergonomic remote control. I was impressed by the fact that it offers all the latest sound technologies, including Dolby Atmos, provided that the medium you have supports this feature. The bass is exceptional, with penetrating sound in low and mid-range volumes, while the intensity is strong. Depending on what you want to do, there are 4 modes available: Surround (ideal for movies and recently produced series with good sound quality), standard (for all uses), adaptive (for media with variable settings, ideal for older productions), and game pro (for gaming). For amateurs, there are ergonomic settings for easy customization. A major advantage is the easy connection to the TV, which can be done effortlessly and with satisfactory Bluetooth response. Considering the price it asks for, if you are a Samsung TV owner, it is almost a no-brainer.

Did you find this review helpful?I have it for almost a year, I connected it to the hdmi arc even though the TV is samsung it did not recognize it. I had to go and declare it as a sound system. If I didn't declare it or the TV didn't set it as default even though I declared it in the sound. Also, you have to press pairing to connect the bar with the subwoofer. The subwoofer is ok but nothing crazy. Huge difference from the TV speakers. Overall, for its money, it is very good. If you want something super you will have to spend more money.
Additional comments:
After a year since I have connected it, it has never disconnected. I am very satisfied, the only complaint is that if you really want to hear the sound in movies you will have to have it at 75%, which doesn't bother me but when you have it low the subwoofer is like it doesn't exist. I can say it's a clear upgrade from my ~120€ Edifier speakers.
I haven't noticed the sound channels that are supposed to come from above, from the side, etc.
I have the woofer at 0 (zero) even though I don't have neighbors and it still bothers me. If I lived in an apartment building, I would definitely have it at -6 or completely closed.
I couldn't connect it to wifi for firmware updates, etc. I think it can only be done when connected to a Samsung TV.
On an LG TV (65"), the soundbar and woofer settings were made with AI. I didn't bother with further settings.

Exceptional surround sound to the point where you really feel like you have speakers to your right and left or that someone is talking to you from the side. The sound fills the entire room and is crystal clear, allowing you to perceive even the smallest details in a movie. The bass is more than satisfactory. Now, as for the sounds that reflect on the ceiling to give you the feeling of height, I can't say that the helicopters in the movies fly somewhere between my lights. It's just okay. Of course, my house has high ceilings, which may also be a factor. Generally, to achieve satisfactory results in Dolby Atmos, you need to study the placement. Personally, I bought it for movies, so the intensity it has reached is more than enough. Even when I want to watch a movie with loud sound, I don't need to turn it up to the max. If someone wants it for music, it can meet their needs, but don't expect it to reach decibel club levels. I have certainly heard better sounds, but let's not forget its price. It is one of the cheapest on the market and is worth every last euro.
