The side-scrolling, hybrid shooter Blaster Master Zero 3 returns for its third chapter, and it's more intense than ever! The series' protagonist, Jason, travels to the planet Sophia, where the series began, to rescue the heroine Eve in this final episode of the BMZ trilogy.

In the previous game, Blaster Master Zero 2, Jason and his partner Eve finally reach their destination, the planet Sophia, after a long and arduous journey through space. However, a new threat awaited them. Suddenly, they were attacked, captured, and separated by the forces of planet Sophia, the Sophia Force. Jason's new journey begins on planet Sophia after escaping from the base with his all-terrain tank.
