First of all, there is NO case for the Neo 2.. They sent a compatible one from the Realme 2T that actually happens to fit this model as well. We are always talking about Mocolo screen protectors.
The application was very simple BUT:
1) TOO MANY bubbles that you can only get rid of with a lot of patience, after installation, and even on a screen without the slightest scratch.
2) You definitely have to redo the fingerprints. Only the old ones might work.
3) It does not have a hole for the front camera like the factory one, but as we said, it is just compatible. I haven't noticed any difference in the camera resolution yet...
4) It collects dust very easily.
I really don't recommend it to anyone unless you are looking for something "cheap" and immediate.
On the positive side:
1) It seems to be made of sturdy material and the black edges do not cover the screen like in other models.
2) It is pleasant to touch.
3) No color distortion.
I didn't expect it, but it's a very good product.
The packaging includes:
1. The screen protector
2. Microfiber cloth
3. Wet wipe
4. Stickers (4) for reapplications
It doesn't have instructions inside, because it's probably obvious how to apply it. However, if you haven't done it before, the steps are as follows:
A) Remove the old protection (even the original plastic it had from the packaging)
B) Clean the screen well with the wet wipe and the cloth (there shouldn't be any dust or fingerprints because they will show on the application)
C) Carefully peel off the screen protector from the plastic without touching the side that goes on the screen
D) Align the screen protector (slightly bent) with the top side that has the thin frame just below where the speaker of the phone ends
E) Gradually let it fall and apply it until it reaches the bottom side
If there are areas with air bubbles that haven't fully applied, they usually go away with a little pressure and rubbing towards the edges.
