The head is not covered by warranty if it gets damaged, so I deduct one star. Additionally, when it gets wet, it tends to stick and do various things. While it is locked and you press to unlock it, it unlocks and works for a few seconds and then locks itself automatically. This behavior is mentioned as a button problem in a video on YouTube. The solution is to only wash the head and not the body, as mentioned by the dealership. When it is functioning, it is amazing and can reach difficult areas on the neck. However, it needs to pass through the same spot several times, especially on the neck, which is the most challenging area on the face.

The closest thing to a razor. Not many repetitions are needed like other ones with less money. The self-cleaning base is excellent.

I have been shaving with electric razors my whole life, mostly with Braun. Good shaving and reliable devices. Not anymore. The last 2 devices have broken in the last 3 years. The S9 didn't even last a year and this morning it just died... nothing turns on even though it's fully charged. I'm changing brands...

It is an amazing machine, it shaves better than a razor blade. I am impressed and I can say that Braun is a pioneer in these things. Since I was little, I always had Braun, this is the fourth one if I remember correctly. The last one I had before this was considerably cheaper, about a third of the price, but there is no comparison. I highly recommend it! The only negative thing is that the replacements, the cleaning fluid, cost a bit expensive, and I haven't asked about the blade when it wears out, I hope I won't be surprised
