I have been pleasantly surprised by the dog hairs.
I expected them to stick to the carpets but there is no problem at all. Very efficient and the app is user-friendly.
Whatever..... it loses the mapping... it doesn't see its base.... Oh my, I tried to take it to both floors, to keep the maps, to divide the rooms and name them and still the same.... As for the cleaning, so-so.... Overall, nobody should get it.... It's for the garbage!
While it excels in everything else, it has a huge problem with the maps. I have had it for about 6 months and once a month it definitely loses the map. I contacted the dealership and they told me to frequently clear the cache in the application, which ultimately does not help. I do not recommend it!

For its price, I wasn't crazy about it, it does some maintenance around the house until the weekly cleaning. The positive thing is that it empties the bin on its own whenever it's not needed to be bothered with when you put it into operation.
Now, onto the negatives: it often loses its map, sometimes it loses its base and if you're not home to orient it, it goes around in circles like an unfair curse. Sometimes it doesn't pick up all the dirt, so I assume it doesn't pass through all the areas.
I don't regret my purchase exactly, I just don't know if it was worth so much money. It's the first robot vacuum I've bought and I don't have a point of comparison. I definitely didn't expect that I wouldn't have to clean my house again, but I expected something better from this vacuum since there are much more economical options available.
Stay away!!! The software is terrible. It loses the maps every few minutes and doesn't even "see" itself to return to its base. This is very frustrating because you have to rebuild the map, the rooms, the restricted zones, etc.
The vacuuming it does is only 50% of what it should be. That means it sucks up half and scatters the other half. It can't even suck up villages that are slightly larger than the lens. It has a linear plan, which means it doesn't pass through the same point again or make a "Y" like Xiaomi does, so it doesn't clean well at all.
I got it to "maintain" the house until the weekend, but it doesn't even do that. I would clean much better and faster with a traditional broom and dustpan (and I wouldn't spend 400€). I also believed that the LED lamp for mites would help, but what's the use when the dust remains on the floor. I also believed it would help with hair and dust... but what's the use when after it vacuums the floor, it still... needs to be swept.
Finally, it has to work at the highest power level to vacuum (somewhat) and it makes your head feel like a kettle until it finishes.
It is also supposed to have a program to start at the desired time... but that doesn't work either, it gives an error.
I regret bitterly.
I haven't used it on carpet yet, but on tiles and hardwood floors it has been a lifesaver. Especially the self-emptying bin, it's a lifesaver.
With a dog that sheds in the house, I use it almost every day and I no longer see any hair. Of course, it needs cleaning underneath the brushes because after a few uses it gets clogged with hair and doesn't clean anything.
It has a forbidden zone option, which is also very convenient. For example, for the Christmas tree that we have a skirt underneath, it would take everything with it.
Sometimes, for some reason, it doesn't clean the entire house and only does a specific room, without us selecting it, which is very annoying.
It picks up any small rug that is in its way and gets stuck after a while. I hope it doesn't happen with a large rug.

05/07/2024: After a few months of use, one wheel has broken, the clips that hold the water or dust container are broken, and it gets stuck on furniture when moving back and forth. In my office, I have a Xiaomi vacuum cleaner that costs almost half the price and is superior.
After 2 years of use, only during the summer because it gets stuck on carpets, the bin no longer empties and something keeps breaking and not working, for example, the wheel comes off upwards. It's not worth the money at all
After about four months of using it extensively, I have reached the following conclusions:
I don't think I would recommend it to anyone. It is not possible for it to lose all the mapping, saved rooms, walls, and restricted areas every time it starts anew, even after mapping, saving the map, and setting everything up.
My space is 90 square meters. Instead of mapping the entire perimeter during the initial mapping, it divides it into small areas and cleans them one by one. The problem is that the division is not done intelligently at all, so it wastes a lot of time.
When it finishes cleaning, it cannot find the charging dock, so I have to manually guide it near there to find it.
I decided to limit its cleaning area to just the kitchen. It mapped it, strangely passed through it twice vertically, creating a grid (I can show a photo), easily found the charging point since it was close, saved the map with the name "kitchen," and hoped that it wouldn't map again during the next cleaning. I was disappointed. It did the same thing again.
It is quite powerful, so I am quite satisfied with its cleaning performance.
I did not use mopping.
The only thing you need to keep in mind is that when the bin sucks up the vacuum cleaner's contents, it makes excessive noise but only for a short while. So, don't use it during quiet hours.

The application rebuilds the map every 2-3 days without making any changes to the room configuration.
The virtual wall, of course, needs to be rebuilt twice every time the map is reset.
And no, having to enter every time the map is lost and rebuilt is not a solution! Nor is having to redirect it back to the base because if it has lost the map in another room, it doesn't know where it started.
The algorithm is below average and constantly gets confused. It gets stuck on carpets (which do not have tassels) as it does not perceive the boundaries of the carpet, lowers one wheel, and cannot turn. Wherever there is a cable, even when I put a virtual wall, it's like a fly to light, it will ride on it until it gets stuck (it doesn't tangle, we're talking about thick cables, it goes over them and cannot turn).
In a 65 sqm house with 2 thin carpets, I will need to intervene at least 6-7 times. If the carpet is close to a wall, it also doesn't pick up anything, with one wheel on it, it doesn't even suck up a feather. It was better in the summer because without carpets, it only has the cables as a problem and the continuous map reset.
Also, it constantly goes and bumps into the wardrobe with the mirror, when I say constantly, I mean it doesn't leave from there until it gets stuck again, even when I put a virtual wall there for the 100th time.
Another thing, there is no way to request manual emptying of the bin. This means that if it doesn't do a complete cleaning of at least one room, it won't empty it. They put it in the options, if you want the bin to be emptied every time, every 2, 3, or 4 times, and it also has a button for immediate emptying. No button in the app does anything. It randomly decides whether to empty it or not. I have created a fake small room on the map that I make it clean until it decides it's time to empty. Another lost function due to the very poor software.
In addition, in all these problems, you cannot actually name the rooms, and Rohnson, Bengali is not even a Greek word, and there is no name for a bedroom.
The second star is only for the seemingly good hardware. It seems to have good suction.
I would give 0 for mopping. Wetting a cloth and passing it around the house is not mopping. It is ideal for maintaining a home (with 4 people and a dog) in satisfactory condition. You won't stop vacuuming with the electric one because there will always be some point that it can't reach, such as: under very low furniture, narrow spaces like between a wall and a nightstand in a bedroom, points that temporarily have an obstacle like a school bag or a pair of shoes. However, you will be able to vacuum much less frequently. Once a week or every 10 days and the house will be kept in very good condition.
For mopping, things are not ideal, the vacuum is for maintenance and not for cleaning. If you expect it to detect a stain on the floor and insist on cleaning it, you are mistaken. It simply refreshes the space. If, of course, you also take into account the sterilization with UVA, it's great.
I have no opinion on carpets. In any case, you must be careful with cables that may exist on the floor or other strings, such as from curtains or even shoelaces, as they get tangled in the rotating brushes and can damage the vacuum.
Ideally, before activating the vacuum, simply tidy up any discarded items from all areas and everything will go smoothly.

Now, let's talk about the past few weeks at home, where the Mamba RM-02 robot vacuum cleaner silently and autonomously did its job, cleaning and mopping while moving from room to room, in a 150 sqm apartment with two small children and two cats.
Before starting its tasks, the download and installation of the Rohnson App is required. Then, the vacuum cleaner obviously needed to map the space it would be in. Up to 10 different maps can be stored for different areas, such as home, vacation house, office. The process doesn't take much time, much less than I expected. Once this is done, you can define each room, give it a name, and set how you want it to be cleaned, in terms of power, mopping water, and the frequency of cleaning cycles.
Additionally, you can set areas where it will not clean, such as under a table or in the space where certain objects or pet food are located, as well as virtual walls that it will not pass through.
The robot vacuum had no difficulty in almost any cleaning task, always taking into account the capabilities of an autonomous robotic vacuum compared to traditional ones, where human hands significantly affect the quality and final result of cleaning. It successfully removed crumbs, dust, various other dirt, and of course, pet hair from the two cats, one of the most significant sources of "dirt" in a pet-friendly home. Its performance was similar on marble, parquet, and tiles.
In the highest power mode, sometimes, depending on the type and size of the stain, such as whole cereals, the vacuum would initially scatter them with its brushes if they were all gathered in the same spot, which of course it would later collect properly in its next pass, a little later.
The suction power of 4000 Pa is one of the highest among models of similar category and price, and it also has one of the largest dust collection bins. The 30,000 Pa for emptying the bin ensures that it will always be clean and ready for the next cleaning cycle.
Its autonomy is close to the theoretical 210 minutes of use and depends, as always, on the quantity of stains, the type of flooring, and other factors. With normal use, the 600ml dust bin will fill up and require emptying after cleaning approximately 400 square meters, at least in my case.
As mentioned by Rohnson, the 4 bags that come in the package will be enough for about a year and are also available for additional purchase. Of course, this may vary depending on usage and the size of the space, but 8-9 months seem like a very good duration. Obviously, there are available replacement bags that can be purchased additionally when needed.
Regarding the noise during vacuuming, it is considerably lower and discreet than expected for 70db, in the low power mode. With a little ambient noise in the room, you will hardly hear it, especially if it is not in the same room. The same applies to the medium power mode, but in the high power mode, it sounds like a traditional vacuum cleaner at 70db. However, when it returns to the base, things are different, as the noise is quite loud during the 10-second emptying process.
As for mopping, I consider it an additional feature that will help keep the house clean, but it cannot replace the traditional method, something that even dedicated mopping robot vacuums do not do so well. A pass with water and a microfiber cloth is enough to maintain a certain level of freshness, without the ability to add liquid cleaner or disinfectant, which is also quite rare in mopping robots.
The effectiveness of the UV-C lamps cannot be easily measured, so I will rely on the manufacturer's claims regarding the sterilization it performs.
The Rohnson app is rich, user-friendly, and has all the necessary settings and options for controlling and remotely managing the robot vacuum.
Well, I will try to be as honest as I can: Is 450-500€ a lot for a vacuum cleaner, robotic or not? Yes, it is. Is 450-500€ a lot for a robot vacuum cleaner? We could say it is. Is 450-500€ a lot for a robot vacuum cleaner with these features and capabilities? Definitely not. For anyone willing to spend such an amount on such a robot vacuum cleaner, the Rohnson Mamba RM-02 should definitely be one of the first ones to consider.
The Mamba will do its job as it should and will keep the house as clean as possible while you are away. It has a long battery life, a large dust collection bin, it returns to the base and empties itself, and it can even mop if needed.
What would I like? Ideally, there should also be an option for the Greek language in the App, for those who would desire it, although personally, I always choose English when it comes to technology. The language of the Application follows the selected language of the device it is installed on. Also, the ability to easily climb higher carpets would be appreciated.

I have had it for almost a year, trusting it among other well-known brands for its support and after-sales service (which I haven't needed in a year and it seems like I won't need it for a long time). It is worth its price and more, I don't regret it at all. With two children and a dog at home, I come back from work and have a very good feeling of cleanliness in my space on a daily basis. If you have carpets with fringes, NO robotic vacuum can surpass them! It cleans my own carpets, which are not from a well-known brand, perfectly fine. The application is very easy and like ALL devices, you have to spend time to learn them. If you don't press MAP MANAGEMENT - SAVE, how can you keep the map? Come on! The dirt sticks to the membrane if you don't empty it frequently, how can a vacuum withstand the dirt no matter how good it is if it's inside the dirt? When I bought it, I called the company for the installation on wifi and the gentleman informed me in a very polite way that a small detail about holding down the central button had not been printed. I have been using Rohnson devices for years and I have a huge problem with their use through the application, whether it's dehumidifiers or vacuum cleaners. I clear the entire space of furniture and start the device, but no such luck. I haven't been able to use the application for 2-3 months because it doesn't accept my email for login. I selected that I forgot my password and it tells me that there is no account. I create a new email because the other 2 times in the past I had the same problem and I start from scratch. I search the manual for non-existent connection instructions. It doesn't mention anywhere that in order to activate the vacuum cleaner's wifi, you have to press and hold the device's buttons, nor does it have the wifi code for the vacuum cleaner. I have already wasted 5 hours. I would have been better off cleaning and mopping the house myself. Fix a decent manual, do some proper translation because the account number is not the email or when you declare it on the first page as an email, ask for it as an email on the second page as well, not as an account number. Finally, get a serious server that keeps user data... I have access from my mobile to over 50 devices that I have installed myself (recorders, alarms, photovoltaic inverters, photovoltaic trackers, heat pumps, room thermostats, dishwashers, etc.) and I have never encountered such problems in installation... The vacuum cleaner did a good job when it was working and I would give it 5 stars, but for the time it takes me to set it up, 2 stars is too much, even though the gentleman who answers the phone and provides solutions is polite, when you manage to get a connection.
I acquired the vacuum cleaner a while ago. I had never had a robotic vacuum cleaner until now, and I can say that I am impressed with the capabilities it has acquired. So far, I have not tried mopping and maybe I will never try it, but I can say the following:
1) It goes through every area it has mapped and tries to reach even the most difficult spots, e.g. corners blocked by various objects. If there is a way for it to go somewhere, it will find it and go there.
2) It requires some attention when placing a bag in the bin, as if you do not press the bag firmly enough to go all the way down, it will not fit properly with the nozzle of the hose, resulting in the container not emptying well. If the bag is placed correctly (which is very easy, regardless of the fact that I made a mistake the first time), emptying the container is very effective.
3) It requires attention to curtains that drag on the floor, as it gets tangled with them or sucks them up and gets blocked. As for carpets, it cleans well, as long as it doesn't get tangled with fringes. It will definitely have a problem with several types of carpets, as its brushes encounter great resistance and it hinders its movement or may even stop completely if the brushes get tangled somewhere. In my case, the carpet I have is not very "shaggy" but it has fringes. Due to its position in the house, with the help of its application, I have restricted access to the area where the fringes are (or the other side is under the sofa, so it cannot reach there anyway). If you have rugs inside the house, it is very likely that it will take them along for several meters. If there are no "dangerous" objects it can get tangled with, you can easily let it operate while you go out for shopping. The vacuum cleaner will return to its base when it finishes or, if necessary, it will recharge and finish its job on the second attempt.
4) As expected, its radar cannot determine if an obstacle is indeed an obstacle. For example, if you have a tablecloth that reaches very low, the vacuum cleaner will not attempt to push it and pass underneath. The same applies to chair covers.
5) The only "negative" point is the user manual. I would expect something of higher quality for a device with this cost. As a tip for beginners, I will say the following: The vacuum cleaner has 2 buttons on top, one with the on/off symbol and one with a house symbol. Before attempting to connect it to the application on your mobile phone, press and hold the on/off button until the Wi-Fi indicator light near these buttons turns on. The manual does not explain very clearly what I should press to activate the vacuum cleaner's Wi-Fi, resulting in me wasting quite some time.
6) The vacuuming seems very efficient. In the first vacuuming it did in a clean (supposedly) house, it almost filled the dust container. I have not used its highest suction power and I do not think I will need to. In terms of noise, I think it is relatively quiet and it definitely does not come close to a traditional vacuum cleaner.
7) The entire operation is done through the application on the mobile phone, which provides access to every capability of the vacuum cleaner. However, if you want to give the vacuum cleaner to an elderly person, the remote control is very convenient for them to use the vacuum cleaner without much hassle, after the mapping has been done and you have already used the application to set the basics.
I am very satisfied with this purchase and I hope it withstands the test of time. In a compact house, it can truly operate without supervision.
Excellent, it easily cleans the house. I would prefer it to be more flexible on carpets so that it can easily climb on a 2-centimeter carpet... it struggles in that aspect.

It cleans the floors surprisingly well, as well as the carpets (they should not have tassels because it gets stuck). It cleans daily on the low setting and the noise is quite mild (lower in intensity than a traditional vacuum cleaner). I am fully satisfied, the house is spotless.
Owner for about a month now and the first experiences of use are simply perfect! Let me take them in order, Rohnson as a company and their representation in Greece, we know them and for me it is very important for the product I will buy to have their person here in Greece to call at the representation and explain to me what is needed, which is done and more, just like their service which is impeccable. As for the product, it cleans and vacuums exceptionally well, it just has its "tips" and I mean it. You set it up for automatic cleaning in the area it has mapped, and once it finishes, you simply check if anything has been missed and you can control it remotely wherever you want. The same goes for mopping, where it helps even more, for a stubborn stain, you just go over it with 2-3 circular motions and it cleans everything. Of course, this is within the context of a normal stain in a house, I'm not saying we should put it in a school classroom. I also add 15ml of floor cleaner inside and it leaves a sweet aroma in the house. Overall, very satisfied! It's worth its money and I see it at a much better price at the moment
It is really one of the best purchases I have made!!!! Until I started using it to clean, I thought my house was spotless..... I changed my mind as soon as I saw what it had collected!!!! The application for controlling the vacuum cleaner is very easy and you can do everything from there! From conversations I had with 2 friends who also have a robot vacuum cleaner of a different brand but at almost the same price, we easily concluded that the Rohnson Mamba RM-02 excels in everything! I gave this vacuum cleaner as a gift to my wife 10 days ago and according to her, it was the best thing I could have gotten her. For now, the vacuum cleaner is incredible. It goes everywhere (if conditions allow, doors, obstacles, etc)!!!! I will come back with another review after some time to make my review more reliable. PS It would be a omission not to mention the company Vasilias and especially Dimitris, who without his help, the vacuum cleaner would not unfold all its talent.
Less than a month after purchase, we had to send it to the dealership because it didn't change absorption levels and they brought it back to us after a week. The reason for the problem was a cable that had lost its contact... it constantly loses the map, resulting in mapping from the beginning and frustrating us... otherwise, it cleans and mops quite well, but like any other vacuum of its kind, you definitely need to do a good mopping and sweeping at least once a week.... If you have a pet at home, you will definitely love it....
29/11/22 - update - the vacuum continues to frequently lose mapping, resulting in having to redo the initial mapping from the application.. okay, it's not rocket science to do it, but quite annoying... also, now that we have rugs, we are not satisfied at all because it constantly gets caught and stuck on rugs with tassels, and it doesn't seem to pick up all the debris from children's rugs. Also, in the past month, it doesn't like to empty its bin anymore, while before it did it every time it returned to the base. Based on the other reviews I see, it makes me believe that maybe we got a defective vacuum. I definitely wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to friends... not at this price..
