I have the 65-inch one, I bought it on January 23 for about 1200, compared to the older 50-inch LG from the decade, the image seemed worse to me, what neural processors and nonsense, what real depth, no depth, very intense unnatural colors, you have to adjust the colors for each movie so that the faces are not orange, and there is a big issue with motion, it causes a lot of distortions. Anyway, stay away from Samsung. With half the price, LG is amazing, why spend over a thousand. The sound is luckily very good. Also, with the warranty, they only replace parts, not the whole TV

I received the TV with a faulty panel, which I proved with photos, but even the Samsung representative who handles repairs acknowledged it. Because I was away for a while and didn't have time to go through the replacement process, I missed the 7-day DOA (Dead on Arrival) period provided by the manufacturer's policy.
When I received the TV back supposedly repaired, the TV was still experiencing the issue of excessive heating at the back of the panel and emitting a strong odor after a short period of operation.
When I went through the process again and the authorized Samsung representative came, obviously trying to avoid the process and replacement that I requested after so much inconvenience, they called me and told me that the TV doesn't have any issues.

Away from this particular model, unfortunately I will confirm the previous comments of the others. The TV displayed black and gray shadows from the first week on the top and bottom part, to the point that it constantly bothers you. After contacting customer service and having an authorized Samsung technician come, their response was that they don't observe anything and it is within specifications! Obviously, they refuse to repair or replace it. Simply a mockery. I hope I can warn a potential buyer and prevent them from proceeding and wasting their money like I did.

There were also shadows on the top and left side of the TV, and small semicircles and lines appearing as black patterns. These appear on a white background, yellow, light green. The Samsung service came after about a month to pick it up, and after 9 days they told me that all of these are normal! For such an expensive TV, I don't think it's worth it. But the worst part is the after-sales service of the dealership.

The 55-inch television has very good colors, especially after some adjustments. The sound is excellent, especially in the bass, after increasing them on the equalizer. During the first three days, I noticed gray shadows on a light-colored background in various areas. A technician came, saw it, and took a photo. After more than a month and many phone calls I made, they asked to see it again, which they did. Eventually, the "customer service" manager called me and informed me that the shadows are within the specifications and that there will be no replacement. How can shadows be within the specifications? This issue will not end here because it is getting worse as time goes on.

I bought it at 75 inches, 1600€. It replaced a 60-inch Samsung 6800 series from 2015.
I liked: the picture size, the 75 inches really make a difference. The connectivity, with 4 HDMI and 2 USB, everything can be connected. The sound for TV is good although I don't use it much (I have a Home Cinema), its user-friendly menu, its user-friendly remote control, the fact that it has AirPlay 2 even though it is not mentioned in the specifications!
I was concerned: I needed 2 calibration services to get the picture in the "right colors" and "correct white/black" (to their credit, the store offered the second one free of charge, which really made a difference). However, the picture from an external source (e.g. AppleTV 4K Box) remains average (there is the option for separate color settings per content source, I will use it). Also, it does not have DTS, resulting in the inability to play content with DTS audio.Conclusion:
