Don't expect a miracle.. But it definitely helps, as long as you help yourself too.. First signs of improvement within 2 months.

I bought it for some side effects caused by cortisone. I do not have depression. The palpitations went away, insomnia continues to exist. I think it causes me intense headaches... I am in the third week of taking it.... I am waiting for the box to finish to see if there is a difference and if yes, I will continue it...
