Quality construction, keeps the temperature of the beverage for at least 3 hours, no comparison with plastic cups or polystyrene cups. I bought a second one and now when we buy coffee from a store, we ask them to put the coffee in this, we have eliminated the disposable cup.
Owner of the rose gold, while maintaining the temperature perfectly, the color of the glass has started to fade and the metallic color is coming off even with careful washing from the first week of use. Unacceptable for the money!
It keeps the coffee hot/cold all day long.
The only downside is that after a lot of use, the spout/button that you put the straw in broke, but I fixed it with tape and it was okay.
Minus one star clearly because I paid for it solely for the design (I bought it not through Scrourge but from a store that sells these specific ones) and in the end the design slowly comes off in my hands like clay! I would not buy again with a design!
I have had this cup for about 1 year. Its strong point is keeping cold drinks cold, but I am also quite satisfied with hot drinks. The lid is tight and the small piece that closes the mouth easily detaches for cleaning. What bothered me is that if I hold the cup for a long time, the flowers come off. (I should note here that I do not use a sponge on the outside of the cup.) I should note here that cups with designs are also more expensive than plain ones! Overall, I think it is a bit expensive and I suggest choosing a plain, without designs, or shiny one (I have the thermal in rose gold and the color has faded.)
It doesn't fit well in the second car, which is also a jeep and I go to the mountains and it shakes a lot, resulting in the coffee spilling twice
It does its job perfectly, I drink cold coffee and the ice cubes stay. The only issue I noticed is that the top part on the rim has peeled off from dishwasher washes and it looks bad. And because this happened to me within a month and not over a long period of time, I give it 4 stars.
I got it for both hot and cold coffee.
For hot coffee, it doesn't keep it hot for many hours, it may lose a little temperature as time goes by.
For cold coffee, it is very good, the ice cubes haven't even melted when the coffee is finished.
I'm afraid of leaks, it's not one of those that close perfectly to put it in the bag.. It's a cup!!
Otherwise, the design cheers me up every morning and that's why I don't change it!!!

Beautiful and well-made! I use it for both cold and hot coffee and it keeps their temperature very well. On the negative side, I would say that there are leaks during transportation in a bag. It must be carried upright.

After the first use, it's garbage!!! The lid keeps the coffee dry and doesn't clean at all. Name and thing.... "Bacteria hub"!!!!
The lid comes off easily and leaks a lot, the designs on the outside peel off with hot drinks and stick to your hand when you hold it, for cold drinks it's good as a cup

It seems to me that the cylindrical box I bought is nice. As soon as I filled it with water, I say it slips and it will fall. They should have made the surface rough or put some anti-slip material. Now, even if it does wonders, it has lost its main feature, to be able to bring it to my mouth safely. I regret buying it.
I have had it for about 1.5 months. It keeps the coffee hot BUT it has a major drawback. The lid does not clean well and it is something that bothers me a lot. I put it in hot water with soda as shown in the company's video, but it still does not clean. I would prefer if the lid opened somehow, so that I could wash and dry it properly and then close it again. I would not buy it again.
*EDIT: I followed the advice of some people and opened the lid with a knife from the side and finally I can clean it! So 5 stars!

Unfortunately, I encountered the exact same problem as many consumers who preferred this specific product. Its use is mainly for hot beverages in the office. Apart from the wear on its base, there is also wear around the cup. Regarding the temperature of the drinks (cold/hot), I was satisfied.
Very beautiful, very good quality like all the thermoses of this brand. I give it 4 stars because the closure for the mouth drags and water stays inside. It evaporates after a while, but I don't know how harmful it is. Otherwise, I am very satisfied and would buy it again.
I have had it for about a month. Poor performance with hot beverages, it becomes lukewarm in just 2 hours. And it's not like I'm using it in the mountains, we're talking about room temperature. Look for something else if you want it for winter.
The color fades with every wash and the plastic lid is of poor quality because it opens on its own.

Yes to everything. I don't know if I will be able to save the Aegean Sea, but I definitely manage to save the ice cubes from melting in my Frappé. If you want to drink Frappé without the coffee getting watery at all from the ice cubes and open it 5 hours later with the ice cubes still almost intact, then this cup is for you

Review after 1 year of use. Moderate choice of cup-thermos. Its positives are the many and nice color options, the modern design, the capacity, the very easy cleaning, and its thermal insulation performance in cold drinks. Cold drinks are kept for 8-10 hours at room temperature of 20-25°C and the ice does not melt. However, it suffers greatly in hot drinks! It keeps the drink warm for a maximum of 1 hour. This is due to the poor insulation of the lid, as it closes satisfactorily with the rubber around it, but if the cup is turned sideways, the drink leaks from holes on the top part of the lid. Overall, the rubber has not overflowed. Also, while it is good in quality, it lacks in the bottom part, which inexplicably tore vertically just 3 months after its purchase, even though its use was moderate. Unacceptable for a cup of this value! In fact, I saw that other users had the same issue and described it in their comments. I chose it mainly for its design and brand name, but I probably made a mistake. So, I do not recommend it.
-Update: The company replaced it after a year and sent me the new model that does not have the same bottom. The new cup is doing great as they have fixed the problematic bottom.
