I have never tried such a product before. I bought this one because a friend of mine told me (take it and you will see). Anyway, I have been using it for 4 days. I split it in half. I took half a pill in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. I noticed that while all day I felt drowsy, as the meals are small and frequent, when I started training I had a strange energy. During the sets I put more weight and in the drop set the pump was very intense. That is, I had better blood flow. The first day I didn't sleep well because I may have had hypertension maybe from the extra weight I put on. The next day I had no joint pain and I was not sore. In the workout I put more weight again for my back. The pull-ups on the barbell went up as well as the barbell curls. While the pump and strength were clearly greater. I slept well at night and my watch showed me a lot of DEEP SLEEP time. From the third day I have a nice tingling sensation all over my body. I feel more swollen all day. I will write again after 20 days for more results. So far it seems to work on strength during training and recovery time.
