Description

Dietary supplement with vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, and zinc that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while boosting the immune system.

Dosage

  • 1 tablet daily in 1 glass of water 200ml, before meals.

    Very good. It lifts me up whenever I feel exhausted. And its taste is great. It didn't give me any stomach cramps as mentioned in the other review, nor any issues. The fact that it has plenty of vitamin C is positive because it is good for the immune system.
